Some days ago, I took a plane to go visit my friends.

The title of this article in the board magazine took my attention:

"Mads Nielsen, co- founder of Sams Island Distillery, makes small-batch spirits based entirely on what he can source locally. Citrus notes for his gin? Ants"

Now, guess what. I have put that distillery in my travel-wish-list.
