Hello friends, I hope you are all healthy, your activities are also fun.
This time I made several picture posts about the business of making tempe crackers which we usually eat, today I visited the place of production and I just found out about the process of making these crackers.
Apparently these crackers are made by thinly sliced, previously steamed for quite a long time, ranging from 5 to 7 hours of baking time.
after that, the raw materials are sliced traditionally, because these business actors do not yet have sophisticated machines to slice raw materials into thin slices.
After that, the raw material that has been sliced, is dried by drying it under the hot sun, within a few days after it becomes dry, then these crackers are marketed.
Let's just some pictures that I made here, hope you like it. Thank you
