There are also residents in several sub-districts in East Aceh and North Aceh who have fled to higher ground to activate the possibility of even greater flooding... indeed in northern Acah areas such as mature coolies sub-districts and pirak timu and mature coolies sub-districts floods often occur if it rains. Because the plains are a bit low there, it is often flooded. And so in East Aceh such as Aluebu and Perlak Timu, it is often flooded when the rainy season arrives.
