CHEERS 🍻 TO 100th PROMPT ON HL COMMUNITY!
The hive learner community has been on a week of celebration for the past few days now. And it's so cool to experience such a great achievement with the community.
To be sincere, the community has been doing well with the weekly edition, and not only that, many other activities are running on the backend like the hangout and heart-to-heart talk.
All of these have been ongoing for weeks now and it's always fun-filled. So to round up the celebration, the Hive Learners community gave members the chance to express their ideas and suggestions to the community. Because 200 milestones might look so close but it isn't a small journey.
I have read a lot of write-ups and suggestions from members and I would say they are superb ideas to bring the hive Learners community forward as we embark on another journey.
First of all, I would like to thank the community for the great job done... The team, staff, and members have done amazingly well. If there are hive Learners and no one to write these prompts then I don't think it's worth a community. But joining our efforts together as one is what makes it a community.
Like I said, the community has been trying their very best. But I would like to give my suggestions in some aspects I feel the community might be needing.
The Newbies Initiative. It's been a while now since the newbies initiative ran and I can say it's not something easy to run but it has been helpful to newbies onboarding hive. And I can say of all communities on hive, hive learners have been the most successful in this aspect.
The need for more staff: there is no way there will be growth without recruitment. Hive Learners have existed over time now and the staff have been doing their jobs well to their very best.
But over time we realized that there are more members onboarding and there are also some old-time users in the community that must have known how the community works. If possible there should be some sort of recruitment opportunities where old-time users that are reliable and capable are given additional roles and responsibilities. It may come up on every milestone achievement or a halfway probably.
About the weekly featured content, there is nothing much to be amended here. The community has been doing well in this regard, bringing up a lot of interesting topics weekly and they are really easy to ponder and write about.
In conclusion, some other project ideas I got from other members I felt are truly cool to introduce to the community are the introduction of the hive Learners native token which will serve a lot of purposes and use cases in place of hive, hbd, and upvotes.. it can be rewarded through the community discord programs.
Another aspect is that of introducing vlogs to the weekly content and this will surely be amazing. Though not everyone might want to have this one. But in one way or the other it will stand as a session where users can learn more and improve in their vlogging and not only blogging.
Appreciation goes to all of the Hive Learners community. The celebration was a memorable one and we hope for many more milestones to come.
This is my response to the hive learners community weekly featured content on Hive for the week 100 and the topic to be discussed is NEXT 100 WEEKS
