Good day to you all my tutors and learners here on Hive.
It's so funny most times when I realize I have wasted my megabytes watching some random skits on social media. At times I would just keep scrolling and scrolling, especially when I fall into a trap with reels that are so funny. Yeah, at some point I realized I must have been burning my precious time and money into making other people even richer just because they could utilize their brains. And I keep laughing and wasting my money. 😆.
Though I know it's worth it at times when I feel down or sad and I get to watch these skits to lighten up my mood and cheer me up. That's how it should be, but when it gets addictive and time-consuming then something must be done about that. Hehe

So I have a lot of stand-up comedians, but I hardly watch their shows because they are most of the time on stage and present to some people that bought tickets for the show. A few times I encountered them were when I got to watch some of their reshows on tv. And that comes once in a while.
Compared to nowadays where we have a lot of skit makers on social media, they are easily accessed since all you need is a device and active subscription. They are comedy skit makers different from stand-up comedians.
Some of these comedians make their skirts in their native language while some just go straight with the English language and some also go with mute voices and only background sounds. Of all these different kinds what's more important is that they make people laugh.
Meet my favorite comedian and skit makers.
OGA SABINUS
I had to go and read about this guy, his background, and how he made it into the comedy industry. Sometimes I see this as the result of efforts and hard work for some people and to some others they are just like a gift to them. Sabinus is just one of a kind.
Here is a short from Sabinus. You will surely laugh after watching it. One thing I like about his skits is the finishing. There is a kind of unique look that he gives especially when he gets disappointed and the black and white edits too.
There was one of his skits I watched that I even had to rewatch more than 5 times. This skit was all about Sabinus trying to buy goods from a store then he decided to steal something from the store and pack them inside his shirt. It didn’t show because of his big belly. Then the next thing was that he told the shopkeeper that he doesn’t need anything again. Then he turned his back.
He hadn't gone that far before the shopkeeper called out to him that he had forgotten his phone and then told him to come back for it. Sabinus, who had stolen goods in his shirt, just had to look back and say goodbye to his phone so he didn't want to get caught in the act… 😂. He exchanged his precious phone for just a petty amount of goods he stole.
PROPHET ROLEX
I can't say how I got to encounter this guys’ skits on Facebook. It's just so amazing and I can't say I love his content because I am a foodie like him 😂. I will take him as a boss and a mentor. 😂.
Rolex is just so funny with his weird food combination. And always have a bottle of stout right behind him. At times I salivate at his weird meal but I don't think I can eat something like that.
Here is a skit from Rolex and he expressed how much love he has for food he doesnt toy with his meal but at the end of the day he had to regret his decision.
There are a lot of comedians out there with their amazing skits. I also can't forget the Mark Angel comedy, though I am not a fan of their skits. The House Of Ajebo comedy too. They are all interesting comedy makers.

This is my response to the prompt for week 68 edition 1 on the hive learners community and the topic to be discussed is FAVORITE COMEDIAN.
