Hello to all hive users 🤗❤️🙏
Hope you all are healthy and doing great in your life🙂
The standard of education has changed significantly. Education is no longer the same as it used to be, and competition has increased significantly today. In the past, you may have noticed that children would engage in other activities alongside their studies, such as sports and household chores. However, today's children spend most of their time studying and are deeply preoccupied with their studies, leading to stress and other serious complications. Are schools responsible for all this? They are the ones who instill so much competitive pressure in children's minds? The current educational pattern has changed significantly, and so many factors have become integrated into education. Children will go to any lengths to outdo each other, and these students take competition so personally that they have to compromise on everything, including sleep and thirst. I believe that in today's world, if you want to succeed in life or achieve something big, you will have to face competition. To perform well in these competitions, you have to work very hard. However, it is absolutely wrong to compromise your health in the name of this competition. Although you may succeed today and surpass the competition, you will face health problems after some time. Neglecting your health is very wrong, and our health is everything to us. When competitions begin, schools put pressure on students, and this leads to some students taking this medication too personally, resulting in negative effects. Competition should be taken in a positive way, and proper preparation should be done. Due to increased competition, some students begin to neglect their health, which then leads to health concerns, which is a more serious problem. The answer is to be good only if you achieve something good. Even if you achieve something, what good is success if your health isn't good? Studying late into the night, taking various drugs, and constantly being stressed, all these things make students vulnerable to mental illness. You may have noticed that the young generation is suffering from these mental illnesses today. Studies were common in earlier times, but students didn't experience as much stress during those times. They also engaged in a lot of physical activity, which helped release stress. However, today's students don't engage in any physical activity at all and spend as much time as possible in front of screens, which further increases stress. They think that they will chill out by playing video games or watching movies, but they are completely unaware that this will only increase stress.

There's nothing wrong with being competitive, as it's essential these days. However, you shouldn't neglect your health or push beyond your capacity. If you're not performing well in one field, that's okay. There are so many options available in which you can excel. If you work hard in the areas where you're interested, you'll achieve well with less effort. Working hard is a good thing, but you should never do anything wrong with your health that you'll regret later, because health is of paramount importance. You've heard the line "Health is wealth," and health is everything. Therefore, no matter how competitive the competition, health should never be neglected. Those who organize such competitions, or those responsible for children, should also consider organizing healthy competitions that don't impact their mental health. Only when mental health improves can we achieve better. Having good mental health is a very important thing in itself; only when your mind is good, you will be able to do any work in a better way.
