In today's world, people are extremely active digitally, and the driving force behind this activity is social media. On social media, people make countless posts every day and offer their commentary on a wide variety of topics. There are some individuals who align themselves with a specific political party; they frequently offer comments regarding their rival parties, and as a result, they often find themselves embroiled in controversies. This happens because a single comment from them can frequently spark disputes among the supporters of opposing parties on social media. Friends, there are even some individuals who, quite deliberately and in full possession of their faculties, make comments that they perhaps ought not to have made. Moreover, given the digital nature of the present era, once you post something online, many people save it; consequently, that content often resurfaces repeatedly even if you subsequently delete the original post. While social media generally provides people with a platform to voice their opinions before the public enabling them to offer commentary on specific issues some individuals misuse this privilege, only to regret their actions later on.

Friends, when an individual expresses their views on social media, it reveals their mindset—specifically, what they are thinking and the nature of their perspective. Based on these thoughts, we can gauge whether or not that individual is a genuinely upright person. There are some people who initially hold deeply flawed views; however, once they develop a vested interest—perhaps involving a specific political party or entity—they completely alter their mindset and begin voicing opinions that align with that interest, even though, historically, their stance on the very same issue was entirely different. Consequently, one should exercise extreme caution and prudence before placing trust in individuals who behave in this manner. Such people are liable to flip their allegiances at any moment; after all, those who have approached you today solely out of self-interest may very well turn to someone else tomorrow. Therefore, it is imperative to make decisions regarding such individuals only after careful and thoughtful consideration.

However, we cannot always say no. Often, we must take the time to understand the situation—specifically, the reasons why a person made a mistake in the first place, the underlying causes behind their current transformation or change in mindset, and whether we can place our trust in them. We should certainly give the matter a second thought and reconsider things; it is possible that doing so could lead to a positive change.

If a person has engaged in severely inappropriate behavior and then suddenly undergoes a complete turnaround, this can be somewhat suspicious; we should not place our trust in such shifts too readily. We must carefully observe every aspect of the situation before making any decision. A prudent approach would be to spend some time conversing with the individual and closely observing their conduct; if we detect any traces of their former behavior, we can then choose to keep our distance. This process allows us to determine whether their attitude has truly changed or if they are merely putting on an act for their own benefit; consequently, such matters require careful consideration.
Neither is it always right to impose punishment, nor is it always right to grant forgiveness; we must strike a balance between the two. Only then can we proceed with a certain degree of caution.
Nowadays, people are capable of doing anything for their own benefit; we ought to consider things with a bit more prudence.
