Hello to all hive users 🤗❤️🙏

In today's times, competition is extremely intense. For those who wish to participate in this competitive arena—or who simply view themselves as part of this race—facing personal pressure becomes an inevitable reality. First, let us understand exactly what this "personal pressure" entails. Personal pressure refers to the self-imposed burdens we voluntarily place upon our lives. For instance, if we observe a friend excelling in sports—consistently delivering strong performances in every competition they enter—the thought may arise in our own minds that we, too, ought to perform better in athletics. Consequently, we begin to push ourselves to achieve this goal. Regardless of whether you possessed a prior interest in sports or not, you will nonetheless commence training in that field—even if your true passion lies in an entirely different domain. This is precisely what constitutes personal pressure. It signifies that you have begun to harbor excessively high expectations of yourself, and you relentlessly drive yourself to meet them; even if you possess absolutely no genuine interest in the activity in question, people still continue to push themselves regardless. Those who subject themselves to such intense self-pressure often experience significant distress; this anxiety renders their lives rather disjointed and peculiar, preventing them from truly enjoying even the most pleasant moments of their existence.

Friends, modern society is such that it demands to be surrounded by people who are "perfect." Consequently, driven by this pressure for perfection, individuals begin to push themselves beyond their limits. This often results in people working beyond their actual capacity or becoming excessively distressed. It is precisely this distress that leads individuals to perceive a sense of inadequacy in their lives, making them feel as though they are "not perfect" in any way. Friends, the prevailing mindset of society is not always correct. You may have observed that, in today's times, there are people who seek a "perfect groom" for their daughter's marriage—someone with a permanent job who earns well, owns his own house and car, and so on. People's expectations in this regard have escalated to such an extent that many young men are unable to get married. Furthermore, some of these unmarried men, in an attempt to make themselves "perfect" and conform to societal norms, have internalized immense personal pressure. They feel that they cannot possibly get married until they have achieved all these material milestones; however, this very pressure leads to distress, and this distress, in turn, invites various forms of negativity into our lives, forcing us to confront countless difficulties. You should never allow society to impose any form of internal pressure upon you, for society tends to speak only in accordance with its own convenience. Instead, you should always focus on what is truly right for you.,what can genuinely enhance the quality of your life. You should aspire to become a better human being, and work towards that goal—free from any self-imposed pressure.
When a child begins attending school—and subsequently progresses to higher grades—it is inevitable that a form of personal pressure begins to mount upon them. For instance, parents might tell their child, "The neighbor's child scored such-and-such percentage; you must achieve the same." When the child's grades fail to meet the standards their parents expect, even greater pressure is exerted upon them—a practice that is profoundly wrong. This personal pressure robs children of their childhood, for childhood is meant to encompass far more than just academic study. Consequently, when excessive academic pressure is imposed, the child inevitably begins to feel distressed; as a result of this distress, they find themselves unable to focus their mind on anything at all. A moderate amount of pressure is acceptable, but excessive pressure can lead to even greater distress.
