Newbies Initiative Task 1 - My Hive Goals For the Next 3 Months."
It is of great benefits to set a goal and work towards them. When you set a goal, just make sure to try hard to bring them to reality jusy because of the kind of benefit attached most especially while on Hive here. It is only a lazy one that would set goals and abandon them. There was a question which kept on ringing in my mind which is What does it take for one to achieve more on hive?. I just thank my God that this initiative is being put in place to make all the newbies know this fact. The meeting on discord gave me more clarity on this question I have asked above. I used my husband's phone to attend the meeting.

What are your Hive goals by the End of the Initiative (In 3 months) in terms of Hive Power, followers, comments & engagements and any other Hive related goals you have in mind?
Yes, I may say that on hive here, I truly have lots of goals to achieve which can keep me more active and popular here on hive. Goals such as:
Hive power:
In the meeting, we were told and given more advice on how to save our hive powers. The fact remains that after having more hives, I can be able to power up my hive dollars to achieve more. I have seen so many hivers right here who have more hive powers and this has made me feel I must attain this height. So, in order to attain this height, I have to learn how to power up my hive to hive power. In a nutshell, I would be interested expecting my hive power to be up to 150 as I have presently working 17.99. I joined last month and has
Followers: Building up my followers is very much important as this can give more reasons for hivers to get to know you the more. The fact remains that when you want to get more followers, you have to learn how to make your writing the best by creating original content. You can also build up your followers by making more comments and not just ordinary comments but comments that will be seen as quality but not spam. Making spam comment can turn your account to be marked. This will make hivers to run away from your account. So, if you truly want to get tangible followers, you have to make your all be original. This is what I have planned doing for the next three months.

Commenting is another way to make ypur reputation known right here on hive. Being on a platform like this without giving your best to make tangible comment will result to your account remaining dormant. No one would know your existence right here. Commenting can bring you more followers and this is my target. I will try my possible best to make quality comments in other to be known and to have more followers.
Engagement:
There are so many contests on hive and getting involved in those contests should be my watchword. When you get engaged with others, you will build up your self-dignity. You should know that many people are here on hive and are ready to read your write ups. This is why we must get involved with any tangible contests around. I have been trying my best to get involved in contests. Engagement does not end on what I just said but also comes with comments. When you are commenting then you are also engaging.
How do you plan to achieve them?
How I planned to achieve these goals is not far-fetched. Being active is one of the things I must get involved in.
This means I have to make at least one per day. I will also make sure to make myself be known by dishing out quality comments.
What challenges do you think you may likely face trying to attain these goals?
To every success, there comes challenges, but finding ways to make such challenges should be our priorities. So, the challenge I may likely face may be the challenge of time coupled with my business.
I will also face a challenge of data. It won't be easy to have money for data, but I have to try hard to make ways to purchase data.
