It is an interesting topic that is set before us in this contest- Natural Food Vs Processed Food.
While answering this question, am also considering the generation that we find ourselves. Because Most foods we eat have been processed in some way by the time they reach our plates.
I'm in between two opinion. Don't know whether to take side with natural food or the processed food. Though I have my reasons.
Let us look at the two concept first-
WHAT IS PROCESSED FOOD?
Processed food is any food that is altered during preparation to make it more convenient, shelf-stable or flavorful.

WHAT IS NATURAL FOOD?
food that has undergone minimal processing and contains no preservatives or artificial additives
From the time of our fathers, natural food was used and we had minimal health issues. But in this day and age of processed food, the number of sickness are uncountable.
But one of the reasons people eat more of processed food now is because of the age. The woman goes out early in the morning to make , so also the man. If they don't go out, how will they pay all the bills? By the time they all get back in the night, the only option is to look for any already processed food and eat.
But that doesn't make it not harmful. Processed food is very harmful to the body.
Though for me as a person, I prefer natural food for some of these reasons. Why?
Let's take a look at some of its disadvantages.
The danger of always taken processed food:-
. Increased cancer risk. A five-year study of over 100,000 people found that every 10 percent increase in consumption of processed food was associated with a 12 percent higher risk for cancer.
Too much sugar, sodium and fat. processed foods often include unhealthy levels of added sugar, sodium and fat. These ingredients make the food we eat taste better, but too much of them leads to serious health issues like obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes
Lacking in nutritional value. Heavy processed food are denied their basic nutrients, which is why many foods today are fortified with fiber, vitamins and minerals.
Quicker to digest. Processed foods are easier to digest than unprocessed, whole foods. That means our bodies burn less energy
Full of artificial ingredients. That includes addictive to change color, texture, flavor and odor as well as ingredients like preservatives and sweeteners.

In summary, I will say that natural food should be taken more than the processed food.
