My love for animals has no bound, I have always loved having pet right from childhood. I grow up in a family where we rear domestic animals like hen, goat and more. I was quite exposed early to rearing and taking care of domestic animals. I remember while growing up, I'm always excited to feed the hens because I find it fun while playing with them.
Irrepective of my love for domestic animals, I won't never make an attempt of rearing wild animals talkless of having them as pet. I would never take such a risky decision.
The word "wild" itself shows danger, I won't be foolish to spend my money on what will destroy me. I do hear stories of people having wild animals just to tame and have them as pet. it's quite funny though, possibly they have a spare life else where.
For me, it's not about having money but it's about doing the right thing. No matter the level of wealth I acquired I would never rear wild animals as pet. When planning to take a step, it is always good to give it a proper thought, think about the consequenc, think of the safety of people around you. I believe when you think it through, you will realized that the disadvantages outweigh the advantage. I believe that anything that will put the live of people in danger thus not worth it at all.
I heard some rich men do boost of having wild animals has pet,Please, Of what is it worth boosting of? Irrepective of how much you tame them ,that wild nature will always be there, just like you can't stop a dog from barking. I have heard series of stories of how the so-called tamed wild animals hurt their owners, some even get to the extent of killing and tearing their owner into pieces.
Recently, it was being broadcasted in the news that a so called tamed tiger killed a seven month old baby. It was said that the innocent baby crawled out of the house and was playing outside the compound. Unknown to parent, the wild tiger has breakout from his cage. On sighting the child, the tiger ran to ward the child and torn the child into pieces. By the time the child's parents would rush out of their house to rescue the child, it was already too late. That's why I'm always scared of wild animals. The unfortunate thing about the incident the child was their only son.
Truth be told, wild animals are meant to live in the forest. They are not meant to live with humans. I call it misplaced priority when human turn them into pet. We have professionals who are trained to take care of wild animals, why takeover what you are not trained for just to satisfy your selfish desires?
In my own opinion, Wild animals are meant to be kept in the zoo, that's their safe place, and not in my house or anywhere close to me 😂.
