Every day we live with some kind of pressure. It can be from family, money, friends, or even from our own self. Sometimes it feel too much, but still we try to handle it.
People always expect something from us. They want us to look better, earn more, and do more in life. Because of this, we start putting pressure on ourself also. We think we must do better, we must not fail.
I remember when I put pressure on myself about my body. I wanted to be more fit and strong. It started easy, but later it become very hard. Still I did not stop because I believe hard work need pain. That pressure was pushing me every day.
Now my pressure is different. I feel I need to improve my future. I want to study more, get better qualification, and become something better. Sometimes I feel stressed because things are not easy and not going as planned.
Pressure is not always bad. It can help us to move forward and do something in life. It give us reason to work and not stay lazy. But too much pressure can also break a person and make them tired.
So we need balance. Some pressure is good, but too much is not good. We should push ourself, but not too much that we lose our peace.
Life is already hard. Living under pressure every day make it harder, but also sometimes it make us stronger.
