We all have regretted wasting time at some point or another, we've thought of how much we could've achieved using that time, or even of the quality time we could've spent with our loved ones, and time is indeed precious.
I think you're mature enough when you understand how each second of your life is invaluable, and that while money can always be compensated, time can never be, you'll never become this young again. What's even the point of having all the money in the world if you don't have time anymore? Once our time's up, we die.
Still, the only thing that is worse than wasted time is the time that will be wasted if you continue living the same way, because let's face it; regretting wasted time is pointless because we can never get back in time, but we still can control how we spend the upcoming weeks and months of your life.
I want you to accept that we've all wasted and will continue to waste time, don't always think of optimal performance and maximum productivity because we're not robots, we're humans, we can't operate with maximum efficiency all the time.
When I say don't waste time, you probably think of how you could utilize every minute of yours, but that's not what I meant. I meant live fully, don't let life pass while you're just scrolling, meet with your loved ones do the things you love, I'm sure there's a lot that you still want to experience. Go out and do it.
