Several folks have gardens and that we prefer to pay attention of it. Part of gardening also involves cultivating the soil, changing it, the usual. We do move pots from point A to B. At times revamping our set system.
What we at times forget are the residents of our garden. We know there will be some harm done to the residents but unless we see the damage up close we may not realise how or what we do can create a ripple effect.
This is what I have tried to showcase in this simple photo. An ant is checking the damaged pupa of its own species. The pupa being delicate any cultivation may have struck the pupa in such a style that it did not survive.
