Hello Hive Learners Community! Welcome to my blog. In Under-developed Countries, inflation is a big frustration for everyone. In these countries, Governments have shortage of funds hence they are running the governmental system by taking loans from friend Countries or IMF. The economical structure is almost destroyed due to poor economical reforms. The most affected and most efficient part of their population is the youth. The government officials didn't have enough job opportunities for them hence they are facing the challenges of Unemployment and the speed of development is low.
Build a Bussiness and Hire yourself for a Job
I belong to Pakistan where every kid born with many challenges. From childhood, we have to fight for good and Quality Education so that we must be able to compete with kids of Elite class. In this hard process, If any child successfully completed his or her degrees with distinction and good grades then his merit is sacrificed for biasness, Political Engineering and Favoritism. Yes, if you have degree with good grades then it is just a transcript and one page of paper, it will not work for you in getting good job. After witnessing this nonsense attitude from many government officials, I 'm totally not interested in government or political jobs. Even I advised my friends to keep themselves away from jobs. I 'm glad that I didn't believe in Job system and I have a firm faith for good Bussiness. Thanks to my family who supported me in Real Estate Bussiness. Through this Bussiness, I 'm earning my Livelihood that is enough to feed my family.
It is the best job I created for myself through Real Estate Bussiness. Although still I want to do a good job but I 'm tired from biasness and favoritism in selection of candidates for good jobs. Being IT Graduate, I can't put myself in the hell of tiresome and ruthless jobs. Moreover, our government has not getting any heavy tax from these Bussiness men. The investors are appreciated in this Bussiness. It has importance regarding the development of rural area. A good real estate Bussiness man can transfer a barren land into golden land. In this way, beautiful cities can be constructed. A steady real estate business has job vacancies in its many fields for the people. If government allows me to use its incentive then I can generate many job opportunities for our Youth in this Bussiness. Moreover, the modern buildings are the beauty of any city that can only be built by making strong all real estate investors.
My Job Long Term Perspective
Real Estate Bussiness helped you in the good management and dealing directly with people. This is the ever shining Bussiness in any country. By spending less amount of money, there is high chance for profit margin. I always enjoy meeting with people for property dealing.
After property dealing, I love to hire one good engineer for modern designs of the building required by the people. Then buildings are constructed by using these designs. On 3-5 Marla plot, we started construction of double or triple story building then each room is taken on rent or bought by us. This is the Bussiness that I 'm enjoying till now. It is more than job for me.
Conclusion
In developing countries,governments can't provide job to each graduate hence we should not feel disappointed. We should move in a sustainable Bussiness. Bussiness has more power than Job. Job can generate revenue for a single person while Bussiness runs generation after generation and can generate ever green profit for you if you are good in management and know how to convince to the people. After spending years in this Bussiness, I didn't feel regret for having a good job or any other job. I feel that I can't find a better job as compared to my business.
