Hello Hive Learners Community! Welcome to my blog. Technology has moved to a level that it has provided full access to the world of entertainment and enjoyment for everyone by the invention of fast internet service. I can't think that there will be a person without it. In each corner of the world, there are modern electronic gadgets in the form of LCD, Tv, Android, Laptop, Computers and Tablets where my human folks spend hours in browsing. Their eyes looked quite busy in finding their best source of entertainment. Nowadays it is easy to kill time in screening for Shows, Movies, Animes, Films, Dramas and news.
I spent my more time in screening than in sleeping. Either it is day or it is night if there is my favorite Drama or someone needed my help regarding Hive on Discord, I can response you within seconds whenever you will drop DM. I don't like complete sleep in which someone shifted himself or herself into another world. During sleeping, I 'm very conscious regarding my screen pop-up. It's special sound gives knocking on my door, I not only woke up from sleep but also I shall like to open every notification. In whole 24 hours, only 10 hours are reserved for sleep while all the other time is spent in screening. My mobile has witnessed my digital wellbeing and you can find my consumption of time in Facebook, Discord, Peakd, What's app Bussiness, calculator, Phone and Others.
Either it is Sunday or Monday, my screening time is fixed 14 hours. It shows my addiction for internet dependent electronic gadgets. Here is last week screening report from my android.
Although screening is the source of entertainment and communication for us but still it has many adverse effects. More screening have chances for eye cataracts and cancer. Moreover, more socialism in the virtual world keep us away from real world that is very bad. If we are funny and entertaining in virtual world then we should be at least a good and friendly person in real world. I like to beat those persons who are using mobiles when I want to talk to them. It happened with me many times and I didn't like it. We should enjoy real life as it is good for our physical health as well. To reduce my screening time, I 'm doing following activities that are helpful for me to enjoy real world and beautiful Nature.
1. Follow Up for a Tight Schedule
I have one very tight schedule for everything. When I 'm using my android, I don't like to interact in real world but when I 'm in real world either busy in playing sports or reading books, I can't force myself for screening. My virtual as well as real world activities have schedule. By strictly following one proper schedule, it is easy to reduce screening time.
2. Invest more time in your Hobbies
Gardening and Cycling are my favorite hobbies. I daily spend my few hours for them. Either I 'm doing Gardening or I 'm doing Cycling, I have free mind and free eyes gazing beautiful Nature. I like to smell fresh air as well fresh flowers. I can't feel tiresome during gardening or Cycling.
3. Worship to God
As I 'm religious person hence I love to spend my more time in offering Prayers and Reciting Holy Quran. To reduce my screening, I love to interact with God. Moreover, I can spend my more time talking to myself after prayers. We should free our mind from all sorts of social media and worship God to get his well and blessings.
Conclusion
From 20th Century although it is hard to keep our young generation away from screening but we should try and educate our kids about the negative impacts of frequent screening. Our real world is more beautiful than our virtual world. We can add in its beauty by spending our more time with it. We should reduce our screening time by offering prayers, spending hours in our hobbies and make a strict schedule. These are some activities that are helpful in reducing my screening.
