When I want to take away stresses of work and daily life I plan for vacation and it can improve myself mentally and physically in a healthy way, it also gives me motivation to continue and grow stronger relationships with family. The work I am trying to do becomes easier and there would be a great performance in return. A vacation in life is needed it can help anyone feel refreshed and prepare the person to face whatever comes in-front of them.
Every time at any vacation each day of the days of the vacation I decide to do 2 things which is nothing more and nothing less, I always have separate planning’s for vacation one would be big and another would be small.
Sometimes I would go for a walking tour of few hours. Also, making plans to visit nearby museums. Like there are many museums in Bangladesh and one of the best is Bangabandhu Memorial Museum. Last time I went there with my friend on his Birthday. Got the chance to capture some mesmerising structures. I am planning to visit more museums and share my experience with you guys.
Moreover, looking forward to join some major event that’s happening in my vacation time. Or it could be a day trip to a beautiful location. I have never done hiking but I wish to do so. Also, I want to experience fishing etc.
Well, the big plannings will probably take hours and it will need some advance planning further more, need to make reservations before leaving because need to stay somewhere. But without budget it’s not possible so, need to arrange specific budget for that. I actually don’t plan vacations at all because it’s not possible without my parents. If they are not interested then I am staying home. People go on a vacation to spend their time with family so, that’s what I want and if my family isn’t going then I am not going anywhere. My mother decides the place and my father plans the vacation how to accomplish it. I make list of big things and think about where I want to slot and know what it is going to be.
The other thing which is small things for vacation, It is much easier to accomplish small things for vacation than it’s for big plans. Also, it will require less money plus flexible and less time to do it. I also know that it’s gonna be interesting! and I need to make sure that happens while planning my small vacation. I always make longer list of small things on the days of my vacation. But it’s impossible to attempt to do all of the small things that I have planned. Like if I want to cram multiple small things in then I have to complete them one at once like as one per day.
Sometimes I just to sleep and rest all of the day during vacation, because it’s very tiring waking up everyday to do work or anything. Also, can’t sleep whenever I want in the day time even though I feel sleepy. But when I have the energy then I go out in the evening for a walk. But I don’t do that everyday also I need to rest and keep calm because my brain also needs rest.
Despite having many problems in daily life gotta ignore and not let it ruin the rest of the vacation. Everyday is a new day and we can start a new beginning. So, it’s important to enjoy vacation with wholeheartedly. Because everyone needs mental peace no need to seen a psychiatrist everyone can heal by themselves if they want to. I think vacation is the best solution to bring peace in one’s mind and heart.
