Without due thinking and if one was to jump into this discussion, one would be fast to say that of course AI is smarter than humans. Are they? Can the created actually be smarter than the creator? That’s a question that needs some pondering.

Artificial intelligence didn’t come to be from thin air. It was someone that invented it and that someone is a human, so there’s no way AI is smarter than human. These are the things we can consider here.
Ai is not smarter than humans but we can say that it is faster in executing specific tasks than humans would be. This is because AI is a pattern dictator, a calculator and a super powered library all together while humans are creative thinkers, makes meanings and are decision takers.
So while AI can process tons of information is a giffy, it does not really understand things the way humans tend to do. Ai tends to recognize or know things based on the data it’s been fed or it can access but humans think outside the box, can feel emotions, make meaningful interpretations and can also take moral decisions.
Ai on the other hand can simulate these things mentioned above but it does not have a first hand experience like humans do experience things. So humans have understanding while AI have the speed.

Ai has access to tons of data and that makes it seem to appear smarter but when we talk of intelligence, it doesn’t just have to do with answers but intelligence points towards the use of intuition, asking the right questions and also knowing how to adapt to new situations and these are what humans do.
When it comes to the subject of creativity, we have seen AI do a lot of creative things like writing stories, creating art pieces and even generating ideas but everything it does originates from a data base.
So I’d say that AI is actually limited and can actually function to the amount of data it’s been fed. Its utmost efficacy is according to the data it’s built on. There are a couple of things that I have asked Ai to do for me but it told me that it can’t do those things and I had to go ahead and do it myself.

Well, it may have taken me much time to do as against when the AI would have to do it. It’s also doesn’t have emotions which can aid a wide range of productivity. Yes, it’s fast, like actually super fast and I love the way it process data but all the time, I have to be the one telling it what to do.
Human on the other hand can create things from their experiences, their imaginations and emotions and these are on a different level of originality. So for me I’d say that it’s true that AI can be faster and has more consistency with producing results but humans are deeper and more aware.
If both humans and Ai was given a fast to do, AI can do it faster within seconds but humans may take a while but they could bring in context, insight or even a perspective that’s completely new.
So I think the real power here is not humans versus AI rather it’s humans plus AI. Someone who knows how to use AI would definitely out perform someone who doesn’t.
