We all want to achieve something in our life. Some people want to adopt some good habits and some people want to get rid of their bad habits. Everyone wants to change something or the other in their life but not everyone is ready for it because , if you want to achieve anything, you will have to work hard for it. Many people are very much worried about their health issues these days but, you know the problem and even if you know its condition, but you are not ready to act on it. If you know that you are fat then you should not consume those things which are making you gain fat again or are increasing your fat. But even without wanting to, unknowingly and knowingly we consume those things again and because of which it has a negative impact on our health. This is just one reason, there are so many reasons that I can tell you but look, I feel that if you want to change something in your life then you can definitely do it and you are the only person who can do all these things.
Learning -:
Well, everyone may have different priorities as to what they want to change and what they don't want to change, but look at some things, there is a lot of work for all of us and it is also necessary that one should have good health, they say that health is wealth, if your health is bad then all your wealth is useless, so you should work on it. If you are not healthy then you will not be able to do any work properly. If you are healthy and have a healthy body then you can do many things and many times it happens that due to your ill health you miss all the opportunities. If I talk about myself, I am not that healthy and not that unhealthy either but still I need to work on my body and I have been thinking about this for a long time but still I am not able to do it but now I am slowly getting serious about it and for that I do a little exercise in the morning and a little at night and I also walk on weekends.
It is possible that I may not see its effect right now but gradually I feel that this and all will be beneficial for me. Look, it happens many times that some problem arises in front of us and we try to solve it but it is said that there is only one way to get rid of the problem and that is to solve it, if you solve it then it does not remain a problem.
Unlearning -:
This is what happened till now, the things that I want to adopt/change, there are some things that I want to leave, like consuming junk food, now I have reduced it a lot but still I do it sometimes because if gets interested in something then I gets addicted to it and the second thing is to reduce the screen time, see I remain too much dependent on the screen because my work is also related to computer and even after coming home I get busy with the other work due to which my screen time increases a lot, so overall my screen time from waking up in the morning till night is quite a lot It seems I am trying to reduce it, for this I have also ordered some books which I read a little bit from time to time and I hope that this will reduce my screen time and I will also get into the habit of some new habits.
Everything does not happen so quickly, all these things take some time, you can reduce things gradually, for example, if earlier you had 8 hours of screen time, then you should gradually reduce it to 7:30 hours, then reduce it to 7 hours, if you try to leave anything suddenly then it becomes very difficult. Rest all depends on your will power, I believe here.
So this is my personal opinion that if you want to learn anything or want to leave something then you can do it easily, you just have to clear your mind for it and you have to understand both its disadvantages and advantages, only after that you can take any big step.
