The main topic of this competition is making Broken Glass Jelly Pudding. I made this Broken Glass Jelly Pudding a few days ago. I made this pudding 2-3 days ago. Today I have come to share it with you. I could not share the recipe of this pudding for so long due to some busy schedule. I feel very happy to join the competition today. I have used two jelly powders in the jelly pudding. One is strawberry and the other is orange jelly powder. These jelly powders are easily available in the market. Here I have made a very beautiful jelly pudding using milk. This jelly pudding can be made with a few ingredients, anyone can make this pudding if they want. However, not everyone has all the ingredients needed to make this pudding at home. However, I really enjoyed making this pudding. I have had a new experience. This cold recipe will be a lot of fun on a hot day. I was very afraid before making it if this pudding would not work. Everyone in my house liked the pudding very much. Jelly powder, milk, sugar, agar agar powder, vanilla essence.

step 1 :

In the first step, I took the strawberry jelly in a bowl. Then I strained it with some water and poured it onto a plate.

Using the same method, I poured three jellies into a plate and put them in the fridge to cool.

step 3 :

Now I took out the jellies from the fridge and cut them into small pieces with a knife. I cut all the jellies into small pieces like this and then poured them into an ice cream box.

step 4 :

Now I poured a cup of milk into a pan. Then I added sugar to it. I added a little sugar. Because jelly has a lot of sweetness. Then I added agar agar powder. Then I mixed them well and turned on the stove. If you turn on the stove before adding agar agar powder, the agar agar powder will solidify. For this, you have to mix it first.

Now I added a little vanilla essence to the milk and stirred it gently, then I took the milk out and cooled it a little. Then I poured the milk into the jellies that I had kept in the ice cream box. Then I put it in the fridge. I took it out of the fridge and served the pudding on a plate.
