Hello everyone, how are you doing on this beautiful day? The weekend is in the full groove and we are flexing it in high hopes. There is still one more day to go before we go into a new week and back to work.
And so, I would like to bring another topic before us. One I believe everyone is supposed to know simply because not knowing can be terrible for our health. And what is this? It is water.
And by water, I mean clean water that can be used in our daily life. We use water for a host of things like washing, cooking, bathing, and of course, drinking. We even use water to have fun in pools, we use it to carry out research in our quest for knowledge.
But out of all these, I am going to be talking about its principal use; drinking.
Drinking water is so vital because of the important work it does to the body. You can go for some days without eating food but you won’t last two days without water. Water is needed for the body to function properly.
The body needs water to wash away all the impurities, regulate the temperature of the body and help with the flow of blood. When you drink clean water, it helps in your digestion process.
Despite all these, it is sad to note that a lot of people do not like to drink water. Sometimes they get busy and forget, other times the cost of clean water may be too high, and getting a lot of it might be difficult.
Please, the importance of water should not be overlooked. Dehydration in the body can lead to a series of serious diseases in the body, most of which could have been easily avoided. Wherever it is you are going, always take a bottle of water with you. So that even if you are in a tight spot you can always drink a little. Note that you can never eat food without drinking water, it might not digest well. But you can definitely drink water without eating food.
But you will still be hungry though, lol.
There are some times when you should drink little water, like when you are about to sleep at night or when you are going on a long journey. Drinking a lot of water might get you pressed and it will be risky for you to hold it in. it is medically advised for you to ease yourself the moment you get the urge. At other times of the day, you can drink as much as you can. Cleanse your body thoroughly so that you will be fit and good.
Water is a part of life we cannot do without, and I hope that it will be made a priority in our lives. Because its needs are too numerous to count.
