Good people still exist, and they are the ones who make a difference in the world.
I can't recall any event where a stranger was the one who helped me but I have gotten help from people who are not so close to me, people I barely know in my area and the help came when I really needed it, It was during the moment I looked up to God to send me a helper in the predicament I put myself into.

One of these experiences was during my secondary school days, when I lost my transport fare, and I didn't know until it was too late. I played ball in school until evening. It was when I dipped my hand into my pocket to buy water on my way home that I realized I had lost my TF.
I was scared at that moment because it was around 6pm, it would soon get dark, I saw some passengers in a bus, and one part of me said I should beg them for money, but I was not brought up that way, I prefer to suffer in silence than ask for help from people especially strangers, I spent more than 5 minutes on the spot thinking if I should approach one of the passengers
My mind says Yes, but the body says No. In the end, I could not, and my last resort was a silent prayer for God to send me a helper that will take me home. I went to stand in the spot where the cars that are going to my location stay and hope someone I know or who knows me will see me and help.
I hadn't waited long when one mummy in our area entered the garage. She was my mum's friend, and I was happy when I saw her. I greeted her and looked at her with pleading eyes, with no words, hoping she would notice I was in trouble and help.
God bless this woman wherever she is. She knew I had no money, judging by my appearance, and she didn't ask me any questions; she only asked me to follow her. My joy knew no bounds at that moment. The helper I sought has arrived to help, and that was how I got saved that day.

One of the encounters I felt was an angel visit was when I was approached by a small boy in a silent street. He told me he was hungry and I should buy food for him.
I was on my way to teach my pupils an extra lesson, and I only had 50 Naira with me, which I already planned to use in buying a biscuit that would keep me alive till the next day, but the small boy's plea really touched me, and I gave him my last card.
After walking a few steps, I looked back, but the boy was gone, it was surprising cos no way a normal person could walk so fast within a minute.
It was on my way back from teaching that I realized the encounter was not ordinary, cos I received a 15,000 Naira alert in the same spot I gave the boy the money, and the source of the money is where I never expected it to come from.
