Unfortunately that is not the case with me!, i slept for long during the day that my eyes become so clear even in the midnight...
I was multi tasking, chatting and playing splinterlands till around past 12 a.m, then those i was chatting with bade me goodnight and i had to find something else to do .....
I logged into my netflix and found some films i downloaded which i didn't watch then i decided to try out one titled Mili...
This film made my night, it was intriguing, filled with suspense and emotional!
It is about a girl called Mili, she had a father and a boyfriend who was unknown to her father.. She worked in a mall...
One day, she mistakenly got locked in the cold room of the mall by the manager... When her father did not see her the time she was supposed to have returned home, he became worried and called her colleagues at work to find out about her whereabout but none of them know and most said they left her at work but the manager said she already punched out....
The father was not in support of her relationship with her boyfriend so his first suspect was the guy but after they met him, the story changed as the father realized he could not have kidnapped or hurt his daughter...
The police got involved and a search for the missing girl began, but all effort to find her was unproductive until they traced her phone last location and realized she never left the mall...
She was at the verge of crossing to the other world when they found her the cold room. She survived under a room temperature of -18 degree celsius for more than 5 hours!
It was a miracle but the girl survived, which was all that matters!
What i learnt from this movie
Be nice to strangers: There was this security man that confirmed she never left the mall and when her father asked how he knew, he told him he was always ignored by workers and customers coming in and going out of the mall except the man's daughter that always smile at him and no way he could have missed that smile her if she had left the mall....
Always pick your loved ones call: This sounds funny but true, the girl and her boyfriend often had misunderstanding and her way of showing it is by not picking his calls or cutting it.. When she was in danger and her boyfriend called her and she didn't pick, he was not a bit worried because that was the norm in their relationship and he didn't sense any danger, he thought she was angry because they had a dispute that day...
Always be curious if you don't see your family at the right time: If not for her pa that knew something was wrong immediately she was not home at the right time, it would have been a different case but because she was never like that and always keep to time and tell her father about her whereabout, he knew something was wrong instantly....
You should watch this movie, i am sure you are going to love it 🤩
