Hello to all the Hive learners member and the team behind all this amazing prompt, we started this year but we have gone far with the topics treated so far and even though some of us may think it is just about the upvote but no, this prompt is helping us to improve our writing skills because it is not easy to come up with a story within 2 days of releasing the prompt but here we are getting used to it!
My fitness life is a flop to be honest, few months ago i registered in a gym centre in order to build my body but after 2 days of going, i dropped it. oh well it is because the gym owner time doesn't correspond with mine, when i go around 10 a.m, he says they start by 7 a.m and finish by 9 a.m in the morning and also they train in the evening from 5p.m to 7p.m, i can't gym at those time because of me and my work...
I said me because i can't wake up early in the morning and head to gym, when i wake up by 5 or 6, i play music for like 30 minutes while still on the bed in order to be fully awake and once i have the energy to leave the bed, i land on my working chair and put on my laptop to see what i missed over night and also do some work that are necessary at that moment, i would be in that position till around 7 or 9 sometimes depends on the situation, by that time my stomach would whisper hunger to me so i had to leave the chair whether i like it or not to brush and bath and then look for food to eat....
It is after doing all that i will have time to go and gym, yea after eating😄, but it seems my schedule doesn't fit in so i had to drop the gym idea and i bought a training kit online which i was using to exercise at home but again i didn't do that for long before i started ignoring it, we just stare at each other nowadays....
Gone are the days i had a well built chest and body, it is a different case now because i can see pot belly trying to make friends with me which i try declining several times because i don't like him as a friend, i stopped eating late night food and that kind of help but not for long, again i stopped eating turkey because i realized it boost the pot belly and that also helped but not for long either....
I am still fighting with pot belly but am i going to win this fight without doing exercise? well i like my body because the moment i stressed myself a little, all sign of pot belly would dissapear immediately, my body easily burn fat when i stress it so i am still safe...
I am planning to try another fitness centre but one with good facilities and where time won't be a barrier, that i will be able to train at my own convenient time and also planning to start a home workout every morning, starting today immediately after this post!
