Greetings everyone!
There are many good and bad things, and mostly everything depends on the habit on human being. As there is many ways to stay healthy and fit even live a productive life but still people choose to eat the fast food, drinks, party all night and everything. Of course we all know enjoyment is at one side and making it as a habit is really bad. It affects on the human life. Everyone of us has some bad things which we should leave but we can't leave it because it becomes a habit. Well there are many things from my side I want to leave but I can't.
Let me share my all the bad habits and let's journal all this things. Firstly I want to leave is about my eating habits, as I am a gym freak guy. of course I am eating lot of unhealthy things well! to be honest I am eating things in control but still I want to eat only and only healthy food, it's very hard to control your tongue and mind . Because when you see all your friends and other close people are eating those tasty food and you are controlling yourself.
But everyone knows that street food and fast food are unhealthy, but still they are eating. Everyone should learn that what healthy food their body should intake. And the other bad thing which I need to quit is about my phone addiction. Of course even in the middle of the work I am using phone sometimes by which I lack my focus from every where the work I do. I really need to eliminate the phone addiction, we all know that without phone we can't even stay single hour. Everyone of us is depended on phone.
The last thing which I want to improve is about my sleep cycle. I am sleeping 6-7 hours a day again just because of the phone issue, I am using phone in the bed at night. Which I want to control on myself watching netflix, series and all. Well I think every one of this reduce the focus from work and this habits make out of zone to you. I know how much all such things are impacting on my day to day life. Well this are actually bad things but still I am using and keep doing them again and again. It's hard for me to control.
After doing all this things it makes your mind unproductive and makes you lazy. As I said I want to focus on my work more, I want to work really really hard. But some phone addiction and the outside food, and laziness are killing me and I still doing the same thing again and again. I feel like when you are addicted to such things it's hard to get control on them. I am trying my best to control such things. Well I would also say you should control your mind and when you learn it you can even control your bad habits. And more important how do you think yourself, you should know what is bad and what is good.
