Greetings everyone!
After every professional degree we all need to go in some companies to get the experience and know about the degree way more better and in clear way. But the major question is about should interns students get paid for the job they are giving for the company. Well already company could run without them companies are not depend on them, instead intern students are depend on the company. Even I am a student and in my upcoming month I also need to go for a internship to complete out my degree. As generally companies does not give any payout.
And I think it is right because as I said company are still working without the inters. Well in return companies are taking out there expenses but still student need that, so why would companies would give there work salary. I think every thing is going perfect as it is. As students are more depend on them, instead they need the work experience and they will face something new which they have not. And when they will be professional and seek for the job at last they will get the job as per their experience and their results.
As I would also be going in upcoming months and I know no one would pay me something for the inter but I know I will learn something which is way more important then money. As of course everyone's end goal is money but still I am not going there to earn money my mindset is to learn something from there and I can apply or use by my own. Inters are not a big deal, of course the inter data show about the ability of student but that does not mean you should get paid.
Already company is giving you chance to work under the build business and you also need to get paid other then all your expenses. So of course it is wrong. As even I am running a business and I know if someone come to me for a job or some experience I will keep them, but I won't give them money. Because I know my work is already going on without them, if they wanna join they can and if they don't they can even go away. So why should as a business owner would pay to the newbie who does not have any ability with zero experience.
Of course inters are all about to get the experience. As a student we should focus more on work rather then the payouts or some salary. Having some skill which is really very important become so good in your work that no one can easily beat you and people really like your work. And you will become the best person and better you become more you earn easy. So don't run behind the inters run behind the work which no one can beat you easily. And companies really respect such kind of students.
