Greetings everyone!
At today's time the technology are very advance and people can do anything with their body they want. Today's topic will be sensitive because we will be talking about surrogacy and the rights of the mother. Firstly let's understand the word what does it actually mean. In some of the cases it's been like the parents have planned for the child and at sudden point they don't need the child or the girl does not want to become a mother and she is sharing her egg/ovary to other mother by doing some kinds of operations that is surrogacy. Well I am just sharing the knowledge I am having and much I know about it. Definitely, I am not a science student.
Well in my life I have never ever seen such type of cases even in my known or randomly. But when a mother or two people are doing all this then, who will be the parents and real mother, who will be taking care of the child and what are the rights of real mother. To be honest from my mind and thinking I am feeling all this stuff really very wrong, what kind of situation they have to face that they are doing such kind of operations.
If you really want a child then why you need to do operations just have it in a healthy way and be the legal parents. Every one thinks different , some people will say it's not wrong but it is a different way to have kid. But I think the women who is real mother or the one who is transferring the egg should be legal parent. And when a egg is been transfer and women who have transfer the egg should also have some rights.
It's not like a women have transfer the egg to another women and when the child is out, she has nothing to do with. She should also be taking care of the child not every time but like once a month or in few months, so she would also know that the parents are not doing wrong with the child. But I would say if possible a women should stay away from all such kind of operations and have a healthy delivery by their own. Until and unless a couple or some women are not facing the problem then it should be in healthy way.
And after the child is been out, they are called has their legal parents but I think there is also no other option. Of course the couple will be called as parents. Now it's all depend on the couple and mother what type of term and condition they have been decided after having a birth. But of course a mother should be taking care of the child after the birth which has been given to other mother. Because we all know it's not that easy to keep a child we have to carry child for lifetime and take care properly.
