Being healthy is one of the biggest gifts anyone can have. Whenever you wake up healthy, you should be grateful to your maker; it was one of the best gifts you received that day. Every single day I wake up healthy, and I count myself as the luckiest person.
Our health is very important, and we should always try to stay healthy. Health is wealth, and for me, I take my time to take care of my health.
I don't joke with my health; the importance of staying healthy or being healthy can't be overemphasized.
In my country, our health care system is very bad. The government does nothing about the health care system in my country; the citizens can't get proper medical attention from the government's health care. In my country, if you don't have money to afford private health care, your life will be at stake. What pains me the most is that politicians don't care about the health care system in my country because once they are sick, they will fly to other developed countries that have good health care.
My best experience
Hospitals are not my thing. I don't like going to the hospital, but the health care impressed me this time.
Surgery is one thing that I am afraid of. Just the word always puts me in fear because it is 50/50. I have been hearing of people going to surgery and dying there.
My cousin sister was booked for surgery on that day. Most of the surgery they did that day was not successful. I was so scared about the surgery that my sister was pushed into the theater room for the operation. You need to see me praying. After some hours, my cousin was pushed out of the theater, and I was so happy that the surgery was successful.
We stay in the hospital for some days before we leave, just to make sure that there will be no complications. The doctor was very amazed at how strong my cousin was.
This is the first time I was impressed by the hospital.
My worse experience
Like I said earlier, for you to have proper health care or not be disappointed by the hospital, you should be loaded with cash; if not, it will disappoint you back and forth.
I got the worst hospital disappointment, and I wish I had never visited the hospital.
I have this friend of mine who was treated in the hospital. Her sickness was so serious that she received proper medical treatment.
It happens that I was the one staying with her that day. I noticed that she was not breathing very well. I rushed out to call the nurse, but I didn't see her. I never knew that they were sleeping in one ward. I was crying and shouting, looking for help. When I rushed out to help my friend, I really gave up on the ghost. This experience made me hate hospitals so much that I regretted the day they took her to that hospital.
I was so disappointed because the hospital had failed me.

Generally, health is wealth, and we should try our possible best to stay healthy.
