Good day, amazing people of the Hive Blockchain. Welcome back to my blog. It is another edition in the #hivelearners community. I am so delighted to participate in this week's prompt topic, LEARNING/UNLEARNING.
I strongly believe that learning never ends. Life is full of stages, and at every stage we either learn or unlearn. I am this kind of person that is so open-minded when it comes to learning. I strongly believe that wherever I see myself, there is something to learn. I always tell people that learning and unlearning is the crucial part of growth; it is a sign of maturity, which is that the person is really willing to learn from their mistakes and also learn from others. Most of the time when we talk about learning, we think it is only in institutions that we can learn. Learning can happen anywhere; there is some certain knowledge I acquired today. To be sincere, it was not acquired in the classroom but in transit. That is why I said learning can happen anywhere, and we should open our minds to learn. Learning is very easy, but it only takes a patient heart to learn.
Learning and unlearning is the process of life; I don't think there will be a life without learning and unlearning. Learning is very important, and without it, there will be no growth. Learning and unlearning both play a vital role in our personal growth. Also, improving our lives with learning, we will be able to make a decision.

Like I say, learning never ends. Lastly, I have been in the learning phase recently. It has not been easy for me, but I have to take this bold step. I started an internship in a media house. I will not lie; it has not really been easy for me. Most times I feel like stopping the internship because of the pressure I am facing currently. Recently my head of department always complains. She always makes me feel less of myself. I always pray for every day to be a weekend because that's the only time I have peace of mind. I keep asking myself this simple question: who even sent me to start in the first place? But on a second thought, I am so grateful that I am able to take this step. To be sincere, I am so happy with the woman I have turned into. I can gladly say I am a better version of myself. During this new phase of my life, I learnt that not everyone that you meet will love you. For me, I can gladly say I learnt under a head who didn't love me. Believe me, it was not easy, but I am happy I was able to overcome.

Coming to something I have to unlearn is procrastination. This keeps affecting me on a daily basis. Currently I am trying every possible way to unlearn procrastination. Indeed, procrastination is a disease I have to fight. I need to let go of this bad habit of mine and make room for a better me.
Finding myself in the media space is the best decision I have ever taken; it has really helped to reshape my life. I can boldly talk in public without being shy. The media space has given me the opportunity to meet people; I am a better version of myself.
