Immediately you hear about discrimination it always ring a bell in my head that we woman are the victim her. Men are also discriminate but discrimination is common among the female gender. People can be discrimination because of sexually harassment, domestic violence, family background etc.
Gender discrimination is very common among women they way the treat us women in the society is not right. my country practice this gender discrimination very well they don't give us equal with the male gender.
When we talk about gender discrimination the discrimination in women is very very high they discriminate us so bad deny us of any opportunity (for instant a woman can't be a president in my country which is not suppose to be equal individual should be given equal right) the society at Large really need to look into this gender discrimination.
Discrimination among women didn't start now it have been back in the 80's our forefathers see us women as a weak vessel and people who are not important in the family the believe that treating us woman is waste of money and resources that is why our forefathers never send an, of there female children back in the days.
The society at large treat us woman with no respect and see us as people who not important in the society.the treat from the society is really alarming and is really giving me sleepless nights.
My experience
I experience this gender discrimination in my secondary school back than i was contesting for the post of senior prefect i really want to have the post but they deny me the post and give it to a male student they said a girl can not be there school senior perfect that was the first day i experience gender discrimination.
How i handle it?
It was not easy for me I feel very bad because they discrimination was very wrong i was really depress back then but my parents help me out to overcome it.
Lesson
- We should stop gender discrimination many people have miss opportunity just because of gender discrimination
- Everybody should be treat equal.
How to stop gender discrimination
Educate both gender the important of equality
Supporting of every gender in there vision, mission and goal.
The both gender should be treated equally.
Conclusion: please let try our possible best to stop gender discrimination because many have loss there life due to discrimination. Women need there voice to be hear by the world we need chance to prove to the world that we can do many things if given the opportunity.
We woman are not asking much we need equality. Please let fight against gender discrimination.
