Working in a company as a freelancer or as an employee, which one is better?
This depends on how we see it from our point of view. Working as a freelancer comes with huge advantages and working as an employee has numerous advantages too
When you work as a freelancer, it means you have the power to choose when and when not to work. You can also decide where, and the time. This means you can be at home and work effectively. The only thing is you must be connected with whosoever you are working for online. It's very flexible and most times, you get your payment before delivering the job (when escrow is involved) and if it's through another concept, payment is always not delayed. It's nice to work as a freelancer. No one would boss over you and you are not resuming work by a given time. You can work with multiple people within a week if it's on contract. There's also full term but you still have the chance to choose when you would be available to work
An employee (job seekers) can possibly have job security (though not all) which in most cases is not known with freelancing. One of the things that many people love is job security. If a certain amount is guaranteed as income monthly, and you are assured it would go on till you retire if you never go against the rules, then you have a secured job. Freelancing isn't like that. You can be laid off anytime. Some employment jobs are not secured too like most private organizations but still, the pension arrangement makes a difference
The truth is if you have your way of freelancing, you will never want to have a job where a boss would drive you like a bus as they wish. If you've never gotten your ground as a freelancer, you will definitely be frustrated because even those giving jobs to freelancers want the best and the competition in the market is mad
I don't know if I'm right, but many people on hive doing well still have one or two businesses they are doing or working as an employee somewhere (some "mind the word")
My point
Both are okay. We have wealthy employees and freelancers. What they do with the money they earn determines their level. All the same, if I have a good ground where I would work effectively as a freelancer, it would be my best choice. I really want to have time for myself and my family, and when I say time, it means the ability to decide when and when not to work
DO YOU REMEMBER THE FULL MEANING OF BOSS?
It means "BOSSING OVER SOMEONE's SUCCESS"( though that was formulated by someone like me and you in his own opinion)
This is ckole the laughing gas
One love
