Good day everyone, welcome to another edition of Hive Learners Creative Sunday Initiative. I am coderaikiri and for my entry this wonderful Sunday, I'll be performing an acapella cover to the song "Halo by Queen Bee for Beyonce so stay tuned and enjoy this beauty.
My taste in music is distorted, I find solace in some of the weirdest sounds out there and that's primarily because I listened to different genres of music growing up so basically I just love anything that resonates with me. Beyonce is literally my favorite female artist globally all thanks to my immediate elder sister who was obsessed with her when she was in a teens. Halo is one of her most memorable songs to me .... Why? That's because one of my sisters who loved the song had difficulties with the lyrics and always blurted out the wrong lyrics making the whole house laugh. Till this day she still can't sing it so we just went with the flow.
The song talks about love being with that one person who just makes everything align. Halo is that shiny round ornament believed to hover above the heads of angels or benevolent beings. So comparing a partner to such a marvel is nothing short of sweetness. I hope y'all enjoy this .
