Influencing is not an easy task, I know that for sure. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication. It’s easy to see thousands of videos, promotions and ads online, but you will be shocked when you realize the amount of effort that was put into it and then putting it out there for us.
I’ve always dreamt of a world where I am also able to put myself out there, help other brands grow and having an impressive online presence. If I am finally able to get rid of my shyness or anxiety, I would be doing something in that line.
Since this topic has come up, I’ll just use the opportunity to put my dreams and aspirations out here.

If I were to be a social media influencer, I would definitely be a travel influencer without thinking twice! I would create contents about places, explore different cultures and talk about them, try out different foods and give reviews, recommend locations for people for different events they want to go for, etc.
The kind of brands I would attract would be relaxation centers, tourist attractions (home and abroad), restaurants, resorts, art galleries, amusement parks, attractive locations, historical settlements, recreational centers, etc. Basically all those places people would love to visit to have an experience of it, to relax, have a family time, have fun with friends, organize picnics, organize road trips, celebrate anniversaries, spend holidays, etc. I will be living my best life and also make some cool earnings🥹
I will start by building my online presence by traveling to places or visiting attractive or historical locations and documenting them and writing reviews on them. This will attract a lot of people to get interested in visiting those places and before you know it, I might find myself organizing tours and helping people live their best lives. There will be a lot of businesses and brands that would love to work with me if I build a good number of followers and create amazing and aesthetically pleasing contents.
The reason I would choose to be a travel influencer is because I have always loved to see the world. The universe is too beautiful to not see and honestly, I want to see it so much and I will,someday. If I could snap a finger and be whoever I want to be without any sort of limitation, I would travel the world and document it as well.
Am I trying to be an influencer?
Honestly, I am not, or better still, not right now, but it is something I can really consider once I work on myself. Also, the fact that I am a photographer can actually push me a little towards that dream and give me an edge as well. Although I haven’t been able to get a camera yet, I am gradually working towards getting it. Gadgets are quite expensive at the moment, and the way dollar rate is skyrocketing in my country, I am worried but will keep being optimistic.
