Week 43 was a week full of excitement, as seen from the participants and also the contest titles, all of which were very interesting to discuss. The first edition in week 43 was very successful and I thank you for that, and this time we will enter the 2nd edition and I think the second edition will also reap the same success as the first edition. In this second edition, we will discuss how and what ideas we will do in the first days of 2023. Of course everyone has their own plans and ideas for starting the first days of the year, and so do I. I have a few things I'm also going to do and want to do in early 2023, and this time I'm going to explain a little what my best idea is if everything goes well.
2023 has just started and this year will be a long year because we will live it with full of joy and readiness for something that we aspire to and want to be accomplished this year. We will do many things and there are many moments ready to welcome us this year, new enthusiasm will be our fuel during 2023, and careful planning will have to go ahead this year. The vision and mission will be carried out at the beginning of this new year, because we know that many people have hope this year and they have started planning and even carrying it out in their first days. Me too, I have a lot of plans for my first days of the year, what's more I want to do everything and want to make it happen even before 2023 ends. Things like trying harder, time management, and everything that I failed to do last year I will try to improve this year and that is the plan that I will carry out in the first days of this year.
The only thing I failed to do in the previous year was Time management which is a very important aspect of an activity and life of course. This is seen starting from how we spend the day, what we will do, and the decisions we make to prioritize the most important activities to be completed first. Of course, time management is really needed so that we can make the most of our time to complete some work so that all our activities are properly scheduled.
This is very difficult to apply, when we feel we have completed an activity, we usually choose to relax for a while with the excuse of releasing fatigue which when we relax we sometimes forget the time and instead leave other work. Often procrastinating work was also my biggest mistake in the previous year and I don't want this to happen in this new year, even though it's a bit difficult to implement, I will still try my best so that I make good use of my time, I will relax when everything is done and not dissolved in it. Therefore, to start the first days of 2023, I will prioritize activities that are important to complete and schedule everything in stages.
To live a new year's day, of course we have to have excellent health and of course to be able to achieve that we have to exercise. I also felt compelled to do this, which I rarely did in previous years. Starting today I will take the time to exercise either in the morning or in the evening, jogging a little to make me a little fitter is something I will try to do in my first days after this long holiday. Starting everything in the first days feels hard, but it must be done no matter what because remembering it will be useful for us later. On this first day, for the first time I did jogging in the afternoon, and I will do it every day, it seems my body is starting to adjust and for the following days this will become a fun routine.
And what I will start doing in my first days in 2023 is trying to live a healthier life, I will leave unhealthy foods, fast food, packaged food, and flavorings in every snack pack. I will start with a new one, namely vegetables and fruits, of course this is the first time for me, I am not a vegetarian but I consider this kind of food much better than eating meat at every meal. Vitamins, iron, and other important ingredients are sometimes only found in plants or vegetables, even though sometimes they don't taste as good as when we eat meat and sauce, but the body needs the ingredients in them.
Maybe I'm still not used to eating it, but I outsmart it by mixing vegetables with other foods and eating fruit for dessert. My target is to make my body much healthier of course by exercising and also eating healthy. I will carry out these activities for the next week, and hopefully there will be many changes for the better.
2023 must be better than previous years.
