A System with only The pass and fail System has now Become necessary.

Currently, the same system is being implemented all over the world. Some places have a semester system where papers are given after six months, and some places have an annual system where papers are given after a whole year. And here too, the same system is in place, where children are told and given their cards that they have got so many marks out of so many.

This is not good because children lose their confidence when they are humiliated in front of other children. Here again we see that children are telling each other that my marks are higher than yours and here many other things are said to each other due to which there is a lot of trouble. Here I have to say to the children that time is passing very fast so children have to be taught things that we all have to respect each other and not make fun of each other.

And here we have also seen which children are the ones who study a lot but their marks are low so they get into discussions so here too grades should be made now even A grade or C grade but the marks should not be given because this is eroding the confidence of the children. Here we see that a child who gets 90 marks out of 100 is very happy and if he gets 60 marks then he starts comparing himself with others and this is not good at all.

And the children start getting very stressed and there are some parents who are very angry with their children. Parents should not be too strict with their children, but should explain to them that education is the most important thing for their future. If they do not study, their future will not be good. Here we have also seen parents who start beating their children when they get low marks. In our own family, we had a cousin who also got low marks,

So his father beat him and then after that the child went into so much depression and anxiety that he could not study and he had to stop studying. So that's why if this system ends and it only remains known that a person is a passerby and a person is a doer, then the confidence of these children will remain intact. It will not end. If this system comes, I would like that today, children will be happy in such a way that when a person is a doer,

He will not be humiliated and then that person will work hard again and pass and build his own respect again. Since this child, who was our cousin, has dropped out of school, he can no longer work or complete his studies. So what I'm saying here is that the more strictness is imposed on children, the more likely they are to stop studying altogether.

That is why this system is necessary. It will not destroy the confidence of the children. When the rest of the children are passing and some are failing, they too will definitely pass by working hard in the future.
