It is a fact that without health, a person's life is nothing, and if a person has as much money as he wants in life, if he does not have health, then such money will not be of any use to him.
Let's make the life of a person healthy because when a person is forced and starts to depend on another person, then the life of a person becomes very sad and troubled because when a person is there are many types of neediness. When a person becomes paralyzed, he cannot go to the washroom by himself and one of his relatives has to tell his children.
When we get bored, that's why it is said that a person should take care of his health and do everything on time. It helps that his behavior also becomes very different, then a person realizes that there is nothing higher than health. A person has earned as much money as he wants in life. If we can't get it, that's why we should thank our God in every situation.
So now here I am going to share with you a very special thing about the way the modern era has progressed and all the people who love to eat fast food. So this is the only thing due to which the health of all of us today has started to be bad and we are eating fast food day and night which has no good effects on our health and the same food.
Because of this, we feel bad at night and we don't sleep well, but this kind of food has taste, that's why we all like it, so if we talk about pizza, then here. There are so many galleries in it that we become fat and it is a fact that a person who is fat must be living in some trouble because he also has a problem in carrying weight and when he is overweight even moving from one place to another is a problem,
So if we want to live a long and healthy life, the only solution is to eat fruits and vegetables. When we eat these two things, our health will be good and all our internal system will be fine. Earlier I also used to eat fast food day and night but then once I got sick and went to the doctor, he told me about this food that why we should not eat it because it is at night time.
In particular, we should not eat today, as it has become a habit for all of us, we go to sleep immediately after eating, so when we have eaten fast, it puts pressure on our chest, which is why. Then we neither get sleep nor the food that is there is digested inside, so the whole night is spent in trouble.
It was the doctor who told me that such a thing should not be eaten at night. Even if a person eats, a person must walk at night. Some principles of good and healthy life we have to bring in our life otherwise we will never be able to live a good life.
After getting up and having breakfast, a person has to go to the place, even then we can have good health, otherwise we will also fall victim to diseases and here in our country, people do exactly the same way to eat bread. are and immediately go to sleep then all such things have to be eliminated otherwise we will never be able to lead a good life.
I had a friend who also had this habit, he also did not take care of his health at all and used to eat a lot, so after some time his weight increased to 150 kg and then his life he faced so many problems inside that sometimes he could not even get up and go to the washroom on his own, so after that we took him to the doctor.
And told the whole story to the doctor. He told me that I have done some things with you before and I am doing some things now. He was saying that a person should not eat fast food at all if he wants to live a good and healthy life then at noon. Especially vegetables should be eaten as carrots are very good for our blood and so are all the vegetables that are there.
Every vegetable has benefits that are very good for our health. So then he did exactly what the doctor told him to do for six months and his weight was reduced and his body shape was also improved. After talking about your health plan, you should keep it in the same way, otherwise our health will deteriorate and we will become fat, and after becoming fat, life becomes difficult,
So it is better that a person exercise should be done, running should be done so that the weight of the person is not too much and later the people are not in need. And get up early in the morning and do all the work of the day within the day, then we can still keep our health good.
I am also trying to take care of my health in the same way and the people here in our country do not take care of their health at all. Then the internal things have become very bad, so it is better that a person should get his checkup done every month.
This is the only way we can live a good and healthy life otherwise we will face problems every two or three months and we will get sick. Will have to.
