I hope you all are well, this is exactly what you have said. The way we see it today, if we do not have confidence after getting a degree, then it takes us years to find a job. So why is this confidence important for every person and what are its benefits? So what I want to say here is that if we have knowledge of countries all over the world or knowledge of our own country, then how do we get this knowledge? It happens when we meet different types of people,
Then we see that the nature of each person is also different and each person has different types of knowledge. From there, we get this kind of confidence. When we have things complete and when someone asks us any question about the world, when we answer it bravely, he also understands that this person has knowledge. Because here we see that wherever we go for a job after getting a degree, the first thing we are asked about is experience. But who has understood this?
When a person has just completed his degree a few days ago and is looking for a job, how can he have experience? Slowly, then when he learns things, then he gets experience. But here we see that two out of 10 people are selected who do not have experience, but have more confidence. So those who are interviewing them think that these people are better for our company.
So we also have to become such a person because when we have such knowledge about the world, the way the war is happening now and there are many world issues and here we have many sources of getting information. Earlier there was no such source but now through social media we can know everything like how an interview is conducted and what important questions are asked.
So first of all our dressing is the most important because when we cannot speak anything, only when we see each other, it is known from the dressing whether this person will be able to manage this company or will be able to work here or not. We have to spend a lot of time to learn a lot of things and with time the things we learn become experiences for us and then in life we get to learn many things but what I want to say here is that confidence is the only thing that every person should have so that his future life does not bother him. We have seen that there are many people who do not have confidence at all and they can never go on stage and perform.
So this confidence comes to us here from knowledge and secondly if we have gone to university then if we are giving presentations there then we will get it from there too. So wherever we get confidence from, our fear disappears so this is the important thing for us.
