IDEA FOR COLLAGE:
Today, I was revisiting my old poem "WHO AM I". So, today's collage will be inspired by the "WHO AM I" theme.
Before started working on the collage, let me reference myself to my poem "WHO AM I".
On a few pages, the shy personality,
Who doesn't want to expose his feelings.
The confident one,
Who wants to implement the things beyond the barriers.
The fearful person,
Who gets frightened because of past injuries.
The brave one,
Who thinks beyond the limits.
The good one,
Who doesn't want to leave anyone in misery as he knows the pain of loneliness.
The sad one,
Who wants to leave everyone for the self-satisfaction.
The mature one,
Who predicts the future because of experiences and insight observation.
The immature one,
Who wants to live the life.
The brilliant student,
Who scored higher marks.
The sluggish person,
Who doesn't want that gifted success.
The writer,
Who thinks she is a fiction.
The precious,
Who knows she is not something she is someone for him.
The DLMMQB,
Who can speak openly with her.
The sufferer,
Who can't describe the pain which haunts him each moment.
The one,
Who knows the escape way but still thinks he is powerless.
The struggler,
Who knows Allah is going to help him as he wants to help others.
First Time Written HERE
Let's work on our today's collage. Who am I? Let's answer this question in a collage showing creativity on this creativity Sunday. Of course, since this is part two of "Who Am I" so I am gonna pick 8 things that are dear to me on Hive and also explain them.
For this Goal, I am gonna pick this image (please turn off dark mode to enjoy its beauty, if I fail to color it white haha. It's transparent now.):
Here you can observe a Guy sitting and have thought in mind. Same as this guy, I am gonna customize this image with my collage idea. I will keep the heart and remove all other things.
Yay! Looks like my shaky hands did it (working on Lazer mouse without a proper mouse pad). Believe me, you guys might think I am good at collage but it's just me doing hard work haha. Even this time my hand were not supporting my mind haha. Here see the results and also you can reuse this idea of removed images, my version to save some time. I will have no issues spreading creativity. :)
Now let's add dlmmqb logo. Ya, it's a circle then how I am gonna put it in a square with low editing skills? Watch my desi ninja technique ting ting ting ting... (ninja Hatori reference)
I use the snipping tool to take horizontal and vertical measurements. Now I open it in paint and copy-paste my logo image. Ya, it took me a while to figure this out. hehe
A quick update it failed haha. Looks like I over solve the problem and there was an easy way within canva xD.
Now it's time to put HL in this collage and all others that are close to me within Hive.
Another quick update, fetching all images was not easy. Had to change them a lot: remove.bg, paint, canva. It was a lot of looping till I adjusted on one look for all.
There were too many repetitive boring steps so as not to display each one. Here is how it turned out:
My Final Thoughts:
The Terminal
I don't place "The Terminal" in this collage and there is a purpose behind this. You might ask why. The reason may not make sense to you but I think that it is a thing that doesn't need to be displayed. My sentiments and respect toward Terminal staff will not be changed due to this factor or anything else. :)
For those of you who don't know The Terminal, it's a discord filled with heroic staff. Do you have a question in mind? Just ask these superheroes and they will answer you or request someone relatable to fetch the answer for you and boom. Your all worries and confusion are gone. :)
something that is too close to the heart does not need to be displayed in collage.
It's an Asian/Pakistani way of utmost love.
For Example, Dad loves his son soo much that he doesn't feel a need to say he loves his son. Search how Asians rarely use the "Love" word but still love in hidden ways.
Hive Pizza
Hive Pizza is a Home of engagement. I don't wanna go into much depth about pizza token, staking, tipping, apy, trivia, movie night, gaming scholarships, discord giveaways, and much much more. Just Imagine Raven live performed recently on Hive Pizza. In short, it's a home of engagement. To me when I type in pizza discord, I consider myself talking to the whole hive. Yes, that's how big the engagement in discord is. Of course, it's my viewpoint. Just see for yourself. :)
Splinterlands:
I call Splinterlands the heart of Hive for multiple reasons.
Short story: I was a pokemon cards collector. I gave away all my cards to charity. I felt nostalgic and played a card game. I heard about NFT so I searched on YouTube about Splinterland and found clove71. So, I bought a spellbook. Later I discovered Hive as a blogging platform. Even my first blog was on splintertalk/splinterlands community.
So yes splinterlands is the heart of Hive to me.
The Cartel:
To some people, Cartel is about delegate tokens that you don't know what to do with and getting juicy returns. To some people, Cartel is about cartel operators who play games and bring revenue to cartel treasury to share with Cartel token holders. To some people, Cartel is about cartel swap service. To some people, Cartel is about the oneup and its future implementations. Different people see Cartel from different perspectives. As a Cartel Curator Manager, I see myself as a bridge between upper management and curators. I see myself who can implement the curation standard which is there but not 100% implemented since it's a continuous process and needs to keep in check. Also, my utmost priority is not the people above me but the people on the downline. Since I joined I introduced 3-4 sources of revenue for curators. I believe curation projects should follow similar or advantaged versions of Discovery-it. Also, it takes space from organic votes since after reaching a mark non will upvote thinking it's already over-rewarded. In short, I have a personality and a mindset. I became cartel manager based on my hard work and passion to make cartel better and better each day.
HiveLearners:
What is HiveLearners to me? That's an interesting question that I can never answer even to myself. If I had to pick one word for HiveLearners that would be "HOME". Yes, Hivelearners is home to me. Why I picked HiveLearners as my home can never be answered to myself when I see my reflection in the mirror.
Anyways, since HL is my home I also thrive to make it better every day. Now HL has comment curation which I gave nke to handle. We ask about topics of the contest from members, true decentralization. ;) I did the first HL live class about tribe tokens a few months back. Where ever you look HL is too much to me since when I didn't like something I didn't complain but I fixed/improved it.
Also now #creative-sunday is available where people can just be creative. Poetry, collages, meme, cooking, DIY, and more. You name it HL have it. Those who are involved in HL can understand that HL is much more than just a contest entry. HL is home to many users.
HiveWatchers:
Some love watchers some hate them. Skipping the drama, if you find abuse you can report it to hivewatchers.com
I have mixed feelings about HiveWatchers. My wish is to see diversified Projects like Hivewatchers. It's a decentralized blockchain and not everything works as I dream in my fairytales. So HW is great but why only one great project when we can have many? You might suggest starting your proposal, sorry I don't wish to do that since I love HW already but I understand a need for more HW too.
Hive Downvote Rewards:
My Holy Knight and people's nightmare of mean people. Once you join the holy knights you will know we fight for the same abuse-free hive. Underpaid, overworking, and fixing leakage of HW. We are just a group of people who like to talk about abuse. Believe me, with the knowledge we hold about abuse and know history, it would be fair to say these holy knights as Jedi gurus (my perspective). These Holy knights sometimes upvote people who fight abuse by making a comment which detects plagiarism. This is how the name Rewards came into existence. Currently, it's just a group of like-minded people just doing our thing. Some call them mean club, but I call them Holy Knights.
Dreemport:
Words are not enough here. Dreemport connects authors with readers through dreemport.com. The thing I enjoy most on the DreemPort discord, is the PYPT show run by shadowspub. You all should really check out what PYPT is. I am not gonna drop hints here. Thhhheeee Eeeennnddd (PYPT reference xD)
Dreemport is also good with one more thing and that is explaining them. So, let's just quote them hehe.
At DreemPort, we Curate.
Real people who really read.
Whether you write about your day, fantastical worlds or technical realities, Dreemport is where your "story" meets everyone else.
The best part? They are invited right to YOUR post. We don't host your content here, we simply direct them back to your content on your favored platform! So the views are registered wherever YOU direct them!
HivePakistan:
First of all, Hivepakistan (which I am referencing) is a Discord server and will never volunteer to make a HivePakistan community. Since I am the founder of HivePakistan, I can tell you how it started. There were 4 abusers from Pakistan with 1 lac+ alt/fraud accounts. It took me 6+ months to clean the mess. Now I make reports on the account and I give 80% rewards to the people we pick. Now we also pick 8 people: 4 Pakistani and 4 non-Pakistan. The report was made to showcase good Pakistani content creators and the rest of the rewards major is used for community work too that is I guess 1-2$ per report. Hivepakistan discord also provides guides to users in the local language Urdu because I believe some abuse because of low understanding of the English language. Currently, HivePakistan is moving in the right direction. We are also working on Urdu guides in video format/tutorial. So, HivePakistan is appreciating Pakistanis, and guiding them. It's a 10+ phases project so I can't reveal much. Hivepakistan is what I can imagine it to be. I appreciate HivePakistan team's efforts to build a better image of our country.
That's it from my side. I hope you enjoying know me more and my thoughts. Thank for reading. Please drop your feedback in the comment section below.
