I hope that you are all ok and enjoy the good life by the grace of Allah Almighty i am here for the contest that was Youth Crime i am really happy to take part in this contest.So lets start this contest without any delay
Youth crime is a illegal behaviour of teenagers or minors. Teenagers act different illegal work like stealing they steal from shops and other stores children between 12 to 18 years old they did the crimes the identity of child under the 18 years will not disclosed the outside courts they give the other punishment who break the law under 10 years old.
In different countries the age of youth crime of children is different if we talked about England according to law in that city Wales is 10 years old in that city police can't arrest under the 10 years age children between 10 to 17 years old bringing to court and if they commit a crime.
if we talked about my country Pakistani this city under 07 years age are youth and they have separate jails for that in pakistan have youth courts they work for pakistan's laws these types of courts are totally different from adults courts criminal.
Factors are contributing in the youth crime are many and all of these are depending on poorer so we discussed these factors:
- first of all poor students attend the poor school and they didn't get complete facilities of studies this is top factor that contribute the youth crime.
- violence at homes.
- violence in society circle.
- lack of moral guidance.
- do not get proper work or job.
In my opinion these are the main factors which caused the youth crime in my country
In my opinion the most effective programme which we started that we control the youth crime
- Reducing of means
- Environmental changes
- Reducing payoff
- Interaction between parents and children
- Rules setting
these are some major work that we done and reduce the youth crime many children do the crime when they didn't get jobs and work for their food.
If we talked about Pakistan according to data of Juvenile prisoners in pakistan 1424 cases in youth crime in 2019including 1210 under trail crime and 214 children convicted the crime in Pakistan the most cases of crimes are theft and drugs Pakistan is underdeveloped country people are not well educated and this reason in pakistan most street crimes.
I pray to Allah Almighty for my country and young generation and hope youth will work hard for progress of pakistan
