In my country, the education system has always followed a traditional model, where students are forced to attend monotonous lectures. The student is forced to adapt to the teacher's didactic methods, which are archaic.
When I was a student, I had to attend classes, copy what the teacher wrote on the blackboard, answer the activities and "memorize" all this material so that I would get good marks in exam week - that was the recipe.
In this system of teaching, I felt that when the exam was over, I'd remembered almost nothing of the subject I'd studied. The problem in my student days was that we only studied to pass the year and didn't care about learning.
Nowadays, the education system hasn't changed much - it's still the same. However, with people spending more time in front of cell phone and computer screens, the world has become immediacy. People no longer have the patience to study and want everything in life to be achieved easily.
One solution to this problem is to use practical lessons, as this would make the lessons more attractive to the students, but in the public school system this is difficult to do. Most public schools don't have a decent structure to accommodate their students, imagine having a room with equipment for practical lessons.
If a chemistry teacher wants to teach a laboratory class so that students can learn the subject in practice, he or she won't find the necessary structure. In private schools, for example, there are some that use robotics kits so that students can learn mathematical and physical concepts, as well as programming.
Of course, certain practical lessons don't need a lot of materials to be carried out. I remember in elementary school I had a math teacher who brought in some basic geometric shapes such as squares, triangles, circles, among others, so that the students could calculate perimeter, area, and other things. It was a really fun lesson and I learned something that I can memorize in a practical way that I still take with me today.
There are several deficiencies in the education system, but one of the things I miss is that the government makes subjects like entrepreneurship and finance compulsory. However, it seems that the government is interested in training citizens without any knowledge of financial education, so that the majority of people are always at the mercy of government aid.
Schools train students with the mentality that they need to finish high school and then enter a higher education course, so that they can then become super professionals who will work for a good company. However, the education system does not encourage entrepreneurship, so that students can simulate starting their own companies and businesses.
In a course I took outside public education, I had a teacher who encouraged students with lessons in entrepreneurship and finance, teaching them how to multiply the money they invested. For example, buying a bag of candies to resell and then repeating the cycle or encouraging students to invest in the stock market. This teacher was visionary at the time, as there were no easily accessible materials on investments. If I had paid more attention in those classes, I might have started to have the mentality I have today much earlier.
Financial education and entrepreneurship, as well as practical and creative lessons, would be solutions for forming excellent citizens with a conscience and a culture that seeks to encourage the country's growth. However, the reality of the Brazilian masses is that they depend on the government, with welfare programs. Unfortunately, few see that education changes lives!

Em meu país o sistema de ensino sempre seguiu um modelo tradicional, onde o aluno é forçado a assistir aulas teóricas monôtonas. O aluno é forçado a se adaptar aos métodos didáticos do professor, que são arcaicos.
Na minha época como estudante era preciso assistir as aulas, copiar o assuntos que o professor escrevia no quadro, responder as atividades e "decorar" todo esse material, para que na semana da prova tirasse boas notas, essa era a receita de bolo.
Nesse sistema de ensino eu sentia que quando a prova acabava eu não lembrava de quase nada do assunto estudado. O problema na minha época de aluno é que estudavamos somente para passar de ano e não se importavamos em aprender.
Atualmente, o sistema de ensino não mudou muito continua o mesmo. Porém, com as pessoas passando mais tempo em frente as telas de celulares e computadores o mundo se torno imediatalista. As pessoas não têm mais paciência de estudar e querem que tudo na vida seja conquistado de forma fácil.
Um solução para este problema é a utilização de aulas praticas, pois assim tornaria as aulas mais atrativas para os alunos, porém na rede pública de ensino é algo díficil de acontecer. A maioria das escolas públicas não têm uma estrutura decente para comportar seus alunos imagina ter sala com equipamentos para realizar aulas práticas.
Se o professor de química deseja dar uma aula de laboratório para que os alunos aprendam na prática a matéria, não encontrará a estrutura necessária. Na escolas particulares, por exemplo, há algumas delas que utilizam kit de robótica, para que os alunos aprendam conceitos matemáticos e físicos, além de programação.
É claro, que certas aulas práticas não precisam de muitos materias para serem realizadas. Lembro que no ensino fundamental tive aula com um professor de matemática que trouxe algumas formas geometricas básicas como quadrados, triângulos, circulos, dentre outras, para que os alunos pudessem calcular perimetro, área, e outras coisas. Foi uma aula muito divertida e foram apredizados que conseguir memorizar de forma pratica que levo até os dias de hoje.
Existem várias deficiências no sistema de ensino, mas umas das coisas que sinto falta é a obrigatoriedade por parte do governo de disciplinas como empreendedorismo e finanças. Porém, parece que o governo tem interesse em formar cidadãos sem nenhum conhecimento de educação financeira, para que a maioria das pessoas sempre estejam a mercê da ajuda do governo.
A escola forma alunos com a mentalidade que precisam terminar o ensino médio e depois entrar em um curso de nível superior, para que depois se tornem super profissionais que irão trabalhar para uma boa empresa. Porém, o sistema de ensino não incentiva o empreendedorismo, para que os alunos simulem a abertura de suas próprias empresas e negócios.
Em um curso que fiz fora do ensino publico tive um professor que incentiva os alunos com aulas de empreededorismo e finanças ensinando a multiplicar o dinheiro investido. Por exemplo, comprando um saco de balas para revender e depois repetir o ciclo ou incentivando os alunos a investir na bolsa de valores. Este professor na epoca era visionário, pois não existiam materiais sobre investimentos de fácil acesso. Caso tivesse prestado mais atenção nessa aulas talvez eu começasse a ter a mentalidade que tenho hoje bem mais cedo.
Educação financeira e empreededorismo, além de aulas práticas e criativas seriam soluções para formar excelente cidadãos com conciência e uma cultura que procura incentivar o crescimento do país. Porém, a realidade da massa brasileira é a de depender do Governo, com programa assistenciais. Infelizmente, são poucos que enxergam que a educação muda vidas!
