A Reunion With My Friends.
Christmas is already on, and I can see everywhere smelling nice. I planned to consume as much food as I could but just this morning I am already filled, not with my own food but from the ones my neighbors brought. LoL, I am now contemplating, whether to still cook or not.
I live in the same town as my parents, therefore traveling out is not for me, I only need to trek some distance away or take a bike and I will be at their place in no time. However, I enjoy it when people tell me they traveled out to places to see their loved ones.
I am someone who loves traveling, but I don't really have anywhere at all to visit, you may think what a boring holiday, he isn't traveling out, right? But no, so far, this is one of my favorite holidays.
I think I have said in one of my posts that I will be visiting some places on Christmas, amongst which I mentioned JK Palms, a sweet relaxation center. Well, I almost forgot about it. In fact, as soon as we reached Saturday, I started feeling like I had to just stay indoors and watch movies all through but guess what?
Last night after I finished my house chores, I went inside to get some rest at about 6 pm when I got a call from my friend, he wanted to know how I was feeling, he just heard the news that I was Ill some weeks ago. After we spoke for some time and he found out I was fine now, he notified me about his girlfriend's birthday celebration.
I was excited about it and sent my good wishes, later on, he called again to ask if I was doing anything and I said "no", guess what he said next? Meet me at JK Palms, hehe, honestly I didn't want to go out but when I heard JK Palms, energy from nowhere flowed in.
I quickly changed my dress, got a bike on the road, and in no time I was at JK, that beautiful garden, the place was well decorated, and there were colored lights on every palm tree there. I didn't even know they had peacocks and geese until yesterday, those beautiful creatures captured my mind.
I stayed for a long admiring their beauty and the funny way goose walk, I never noticed it until yesterday, maybe you should try and see one for yourself, lol. I actually came late, they were almost rounding up the fish they bought.
Good news, I ate so much chin chin from home, so I was mindful of the things to eat, so I declined the offer of roasted fish but I went for coconut yogurt, I told you about their yogurt, it's magic. I ensured I took it to my satisfaction because I had been craving it for a very long time.
I was so happy and excited to see the faces of some of my friends whom I hadn't met in months. It was a birthday celebration but in the end, it turned into a reunion service. Seriously, I had fun with my friends last night, even if I don't go out today, I think I am okay because I have already visited one of the places that I wished to visit for a long and the experience was beautiful.
Well, you know the desires of man can not be tamed, I don't know what may happen later, I might probably go out but for now, I don't have anywhere in mind yet. More fun is on its way.
