In life we all have dreams, not nightmares but things we wish for regardless of our personal or collective financial capabilities, things we crave. it is all part of what make us humans. although not everyone is born with a silver spoon which makes things a little difficult for most people.
In my case, My parents and I are just an average nigerian, so not all things are provided and accounted for, Being a Nigerian comes with some spec, at the back of every Nigerian man mind, he knows no one is coming to save him, A Nigerian man like every other needs to hustle and make is way to the top without expecting any governmental aid or benefit.
I grew up as a wild one, always wishing and aiming for things beyond my reach, in some ways my dad encouraged my idea a lot, I have never been the type to want things that people of my age bracket crave, I have always been a business oriented young man since my childhood days. This influence the type of things I crave and dream for. I remember as a child around 9 years old I was contributing to buy a bicycle of my own, though my parents are not fond of bicycles because of how a lot of children got themselves involved in all type of accident due to riding bicycle. so my parent prevented I and my siblings from having bicycles.
After I realise I could not get myself a bicycle due to my parent, I decided to put the money together with the help of my dad, I started a mini poultry in a cage ๐ , I got about 14 boiler chicks. it was around March then, I rare the chicken for about 8 months then I sold them during Christmas period and cooked some๐ . knowing how business oriented I'm, I have always find other ways to get myself involved especially in the aspect of livestock farming, I wonder why I didn't study animal husbandry ๐ ๐.
MY UNAFFORDABLE DREAM.

Some of you might've known that I own a rabbit farm, i wrote about it some months ago titled my rabbit farm, I have been developing it for quite some time but that is not all I wanted,I have always wanted to acquire other aspects of livestock farming including chickens, goats, cat fish and others I have not been able to, my excuse before was that I didn't have time but now that I have graduated Which I'm not planning on going for masters anytime soon I feel like all I can do right now is to actualize my long overdue dream.
though there are governmental extension service in place for farmers in need of financial assistance but the procedure is quite challenging especially if you don't know anybody at the top.
HOW DO I PLAN TO ACHIEVE THIS
After evaluating my personal financial capabilities I realise all I can do at the moment is to find an alternative source of capital. currently I'm awaiting service by July, I'm hoping by God grace any amount I'm able to gather together during the NYSC program and working on a job for about a year, should be enough to kick start my plan because I am not going to apply for loan that I will eventually end up struggling with the interest rate.
Though that all the plans I have for now, hopefully other opportunities will arise in the future.
