No doubt about it that health indeed is wealth. One having all the money he or she desires yet not being healthy, such individual can't fully enjoy the benefits of their wealth which is why taking good care of our health should be our first priority.
A lot of health issues has happened to people of which when it is earlier detected can be prevented. People often take some signs and symptoms as just casual allowing their ignorance to have a better part of then instead of applying wisdom and fast action, have heard quite a good number of medical professionals says even the most deadliest of sickness or disease such as cancer or aids, when detected in it early stage can be treated and the patient set free that is why it is always advisable to go for a general body check up at least twice a year or every three months if the resources isn't an issue to avoid impending future dangers.
The last time I went for a medical checkup was four months back, I was having what I call once in a while symptoms if there is anything like that, 🤣 so it happened that today I'll feel so sick and the next day am strong like someone preparing to go for war and it continued like that for about a week. I was fed up of the whole thing and so I decided to go for a check up meanwhile when I went it was malaria fever. According to the doctor if I had not treated the malaria on time it would get to a point that it would hold me down seriously so it's better I came early for proper treatment and prevention of future breakdown. Aside that, the last time I went for check up on my own without symptoms was six months prior to when I went as a result of the symptoms I was having. I always prioritize going to the clinic twice a year which is satisfying to me knowing fully well am not in the dark when it comes to my health status.
Like I earlier said from the beginning health is wealth, I do take check ups seriously cause why not......I mean others do theirs three or four times a year which is a space of three months so am not suppose to play around with mine that's just twice in a year Although the doctor advice 6 months gap isn't bad as well so am good.
Since my last visit was four months, my next checkup would be in two months time again and I love the fact that I am taking good care of myself in this aspect and am not going to default in any way. 🙂
