Today I will be making juice, this juice is good for the body system, especially the liver, as it helps to clear the liver and other organs in the body.

Beetroot helps in Blood Pressure Management, beetroot can help lower blood pressure by relaxing and dilating blood vessels. Regular consumption of beetroot juice may also reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.
It May Help Manage Cancer Risk
The antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds in beetroot may help reduce the risk of certain types of cancer, such as colon, stomach, and lung cancer.
HEALTH BENEFITS OF APPLE
It regulates Blood Sugar, Apples are high in fiber and low in sugar, making them an excellent snack for managing blood sugar levels and reducing the risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.

According to my research on Google, I saw that ginger is friendly to our immune system, ginger aids in weight loss, helps suppress appetite and increase metabolism, aids in weight loss, and also helps manage blood sugar.

Lemon helps to Support Heart Health, The flavonoids present in lemons have been shown to help lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart disease. It also Aids Digestion, Lemons contain dietary fiber that can help regulate bowel movements and prevent constipation.
The health benefit of making this juice is to clean the liver as I said earlier, we can see that the health benefits of all the ingredients work together, it serves the same purpose, this juice also helps regulate blood sugar in the body, it aids digestion and also reduces the risk of developing cancer.
This juice can be preserved in your refrigerator and you can make it every day depending on how you want it, I started my process by rinsing all the fruits, that is the best way to start preparing your meal or anything that is entering your stomach.
I peeled the back of the beetroot and diced it into cubes and set it aside, also I peeled the apple, I used two apples for this mixture, and I diced it into cubes and set it aside before jumping on the next one.
The next step is peeling the orange, I peeled it and cut it into pieces, the lemon doesn't need peeling, so I diced it into cubes and added it to the ingredients I set aside, I peeled the ginger and used my hand grater to grind it into thin pieces before adding it to the other ingredients.
The final step is blending, this mixture requires blending, I blended everything and added enough water, and filtered it, I only needed the juice, so after blending, I separated the juice from the shaft, this juice can be preserved, there is no need for any sweetener because it is used for detoxifying the body.
In preparing this juice one mistake I think people can make is improvising, some people would rather go for lime instead of lemon, these are two different things, the acid in lime is extremely high and it is very harsh to the body but lemon is preferable. This should not be difficult when trying this out at home.
