Sunday is a day in which we prepared delicious dishes. And we get appreciation from our family by making different recipes. I think since I started sharing my recipes on Hive Learner creative sunday, I am slowly becoming perfect.🥰
If I talk about myself, I have improved my cooking in the last week. Actually my mother is sick for last one week and the doctor has told her to bed rest for a month. She is not able to walk properly, so being the eldest daughter, the responsibility of the house has fallen on me. But I think I will learn to cook well in this responsibility. So today I have prepared a chicken recipe and I hope everyone will like it.
Believe me, In this one week I have come to know the importance of my mother in how she used to manage the kitchen. Truly hats off to my mother.💕
Anyways, today I made black pepper chicken on my mom's request. Because I can't refuse my mother for anything in this condition. Let me share it's recipe with you.
We don't need a lot of ingredients for this recipe. It's an easy peasy recipe.
Along with the things I mentioned above, we also need salt, which I forgot to mention above. Without salt every spicy recipe is tasteless.
After that, take the required amount of chicken and boil it and keep it in a separate bowl.
And then take a pan and add oil in it. First add tomatoes and stir well, then add green chillies, ginger paste, 1.5 teaspoon black pepper, salt and fry the spices well.
Blend one bowl of curd a little in the blender and add it to the mixture slowly and then add the chicken🍗 along with it.
We will blend the curd so that it does not form lumps later. That's why we want its consistency neither too thin nor too thick.
We have to keep stirring the spoon continuously until the curd water is completely absorbed.
In the picture I have just shared above, if the chicken comes to this state, it depends on us whether we make gravy or dry it completely. I had to fry the chicken for a little longer in this state.
