Hi family, I am so excited to bring forth my entry at this moment. It's been quite a long time since I dropped something on my wall. It hasn't been easy, but God's grace is sufficient for me.

It's another great privilege to put up this write-up, and I thought I wouldn't be able to do it before it expired, but here I am. When I saw it, I had to think twice and find a way to share my own view on the theme for this edition.
Bullying and harassment, both physically and online, have their effects as far as I am concerned. Life, generally, is filled with so many challenges; however, as humans, we must develop ways to ensure we gain access to something better.
Before the advent of technology, there had been all kinds of harassment and bullying going on. God created us with different perspectives to view life, whereas some don't seem to see anything good in the life of an individual, no matter the good you try to do for them. In fact, the more you try to do good, the more they look at you in a different way.
I know of some ladies who have been harassed by men because they refused to yield to their selfish desires of lust. There was a case I handled involving a lady and a lecturer. He kept bullying her because she refused to accept his proposal for a relationship. He gave her a carry-over; hence, the lady couldn't graduate. This kind of harassment does not only exist physically but also online, where many have faced similar situations.
Online harassment is just an advancement of what has been happening in the physical realm of life. Although many use online platforms to falsify a lot of things, some people present themselves as so innocent online, as if they can't even harm an ant, whereas that is not the true representation of their lives.
There was one of my cousins who engaged with a lady online. He had never seen her, but he was carried away by the picture she used on her profile. She looked spotless, gorgeous, and charming. He never knew she was deceiving people. After she won his heart, he almost committed to marrying her before he realized that everything was just a mirage. He couldn't believe that was the reality. This could also be seen among people who are in relationships in the physical realm, where one of the parties tends to pretend.
In conclusion, bullying and harassment, whether physical or online, are serious issues that should not be taken lightly. They affect not only the victims emotionally and psychologically but can also have long-term consequences on their lives and destinies. As individuals, we must learn to treat others with respect, empathy, and dignity, regardless of our differences. At the same time, we must be vigilant and discerning, especially in this digital age where not everything we see is real. It is important to speak up against injustice, support those who are victims, and create safe spaces both offline and online. By doing so, we contribute to building a society where love, truth, and integrity prevail over deceit, oppression, and abuse.
