It's another beautiful Saturday here and I'm excited to share with you in this third edition of week 37. I hope you are enjoying your weekend just as I am here. Thanks to the management for their support and consistently delivering this mandate. May God bless you tremendously.
I believe life itself is complimentary. As we are different, so also the premise of our compliment too differs.
Compliment does not just come like that is the resultant effect of a productive and efficient work done or a task accomplished. It's natural for humans to receive compliments of all sort in the course of life pursuit.
The greatest compliment I have ever received down the earth was that sweat word that proceeded from my beautiful wife.
Since I got married, I have this conclusion about life that the best person to tell who you are is your spouse. This is not far fetched from the experience I had.
The African norms is actually different from other cultures. We believe that women are very industrious and the comfort of the home lies within their border. There are other myths attached to marriages within this environment however I didn't allowed myself to be completely given in to this slavery rather I tried to do according my knowledge and revelation about life.
I don't just fold my arms and allow all the house chores to be on the shoulder of my wife. I deliberately make concerted effort in ensuring that my home is hospitable with high sense of tolerance. I practically demonstrate this through participating actively in kitchen; slicing onions, stirring of paste, in fact at times I cook completely for the house. Not just kitchen stuff I also engage my self with some domestic work like laundry, cleaning of the house and fetching water for other uses. Hmmm that's not all I also ensure that the children have taken their bath. I never knew that my wife was taking into cognisance all that her husband was doing. I never knew that a set time would come where I will received the greatest compliment of my life time.
On one faithful morning after long array of house chores, here comes the compliment. Remember, it's not as if she hasn't been complimenting me all this while oooo but the greatest of all compliment came out of her mouth that day.
How do I know it was the greatest compliment?
Hmmm the tone, the tempo and the body language informs me that flesh and blood hasn't revealed this to but this is just God.
Immediately I received such commendation, I was super excited and felt as if I was just the best personality on the earth. My head grew bigger lols hahahaha. It was an amazing moment. That became an imprint in life not knowing that a time would come for such to be shared on a beautiful platform as this.
Salient significance of compliments.
- Compliments brings out the genuiness in the life of an individual.
- Compliments creates and ginger an individual swag to do more.
- Compliments informs an individual out there that what you are doing is appreciated and liked by someone.
- Compliments augment an individual's task and propels one to dive into more.
- Compliments prolong good living (Longevity).
- Compliments are integral ingredients for life.
- Compliments makes someone complete hahahha.
CONCLUSION
Whatever I shared here is personal and is due to my experiences, perception and dimension about life. It may not have scientific and other international proofs but what I have seen, touched, felt is what I have just shared.
