It's another midweek again being Wednesday. I salute all the consistent participants and for the management crew, my unreserved appreciation goes to all of you.
At times I wonder how some of these theme come about. Hmm that's the greatness of the Almighty God for such an unfinished river bank of ideas.
The focus is on what is familiar and I feel easily neglected, forgotten by many. Staying fit ought to be an integral part of every human being. I intend to share my perception on this subject, highlight some significance of staying fit, how do you stay fit, some life experiences.
what does staying fit mean?
As I said earlier this isn't a new thing however an important aspect of human beings.
Staying fit means to be normal, to be healthy, to be alive, to be sound, to be agile, etc.
Staying fit entails the entire components of the body functioning well without defect.
How I stay fit.
There are several ways how an individual can stay fit however I will give the ones I know.
- Exercise: This forms the basic unit of my discussion. Out of the ways to stay fit, exercise does more than what some people think of. Exercise could be in any form either outdoor or indoor. The outdoor exercise includes the activities done outside the confine of a building. It can be athletics, football, etc while the indoor which most of us are part includes the activities within a confinement. Badminton, table tennis, Gym , House chores etc
All these things are tailored towards exercising the body system.
Exercise helps to ensure that every part of the body is lively and functional with an increase in heart beats which boost the circulatory system. - Eat good food especially fruits. You can stay fit when you eat balance diet. The reason why many aren't fit is simply because of the kind of food they often eat. When there's no proper intake of balanced diet, definitely it will result to an unfit situation.
- Work hard. Work itself is a vehicle for staying fit some times depending on your kind of work. There are certain work when properly done, the whole system of the body would have responded.
- Play and have good relaxation.
Conclusion
What are some importance of staying fit? It elongates life. The extent to which you're fit determines the degree of your longevity.
Stay fit helps you to have an active immune system.
Practically, what I do to stay fit is to engage in exercise, active work and eating balanced diet.
