yes I understand that, but what I am implying is that your claim that it is not allowed to have multiple accounts is a fallacy and that is my argument. People get in trouble for spamming, plagiarism, and other abuse to the system but having multiple accounts is not an abuse. Again, it is how they are used that matters. you can a thousand no one will care so long as they're is no abuse made.
