When the safest place becomes unsafe!
Owing to the trends on social media and happenings in Nigeria, it is without doubt that our country has become a place where anything can happen and at anytime.
We are maltreated by the very people we voted in, we are treated like trash by the same people we support and uphold, killed like fouls by the same people who have sworn to protect us and yet, we still sit and allow these same people rule over us again and again..
The streets are no more safe, the roads are no more safe, the airlines are no more safe, trains are no more safe, your place of work is not safe, our house is not safe too... Now even the safest place is no more safe!
The fact that hoodlums stormed a church and laid to rest over 49 people is something that calls for Justice.. But our so called leaders only care about their pockets and children in other country.. Yet they depend on us for power and wealth.
For how long are we going to sit and wallow in self pity when the perpetrators of these crimes are out there walking freely. the Government doesn't even care about it.
We want change in this country but a lot of people will still collect bribe to vote for bad leaders, we want a good leader but you will still take that money..
The same people that cry for change, the same people that cry for mercy, the same people that cry for a better country are still the same people that will gladly vote in bad governance in exchange for money that won't be able to feed them for 48 hours! .. Hey !!!
We need to rise up, we need to wake from sleep, together we can make the world a better place, get a PVC and vote the right person..
Be good to people around you. Be kind and friendly, we cry for a change, but the change we seek begins with us ...with you and i.. Nature is reciprocal, MAKE SURE WHAT YOU GIVE TO IT IS POSITIVE!
